  Second best choice for fuel next to Costco, but wow! I witnessed crazy rude behavior today by the attendant called Phyllis. Yelling at a customer to move forward a little even though the hose reached the tank. She puts a bad face on an otherwise good fuel stop. Worst customer service at a gas station I’ve ever witnessed.

  Phyllis is a notable gas attendant that provides the best service possible guaranteed every time at the pump. She is an all-star, sweet, attentive, and caters to everything you need with a cheerful smile on her face. Great service. Fast pace. Overall a wonderful pit stop experience, considering I get gas from this location pretty much on the regular. Most of the employees are pleasant and helpful as well. Big thanks! 💫

  I normally have no issues with this gas station. Decent prices with discounts for shopping at Safeway and i pump my own gas so I dont have wo bother the staff.. Today, i was pumping my gas when a kind woman came to ask for help getting a bit of gas. Her car was out and they were stuck in the parking lot. She simply asked, she wasnt pushy or rude. I WANTED to help. I immediately offered. Right as i was finishing pumping my own gas to help her fill the small portable tank she had, the older woman that works at this location charged up to the pump yelling and screaming at the poor woman. First she tried to tell her to wait for an empty pump, but after my gas was done, this woman would have been next in line so that wouldnt have mattered. Then the worker claimed the issue was she "begged". Asking for help politely when youre stuck is not begging. What i do to aid someone with my money is NOT anyones concern but my own. After talking down to the poor lady and screaming in my ear for a solid minute the worker said "god bless you" as if that would make it better that she spent the better part of our interaction actively denying a paying customer from helping someone in need. I couldnt do anything as she tore the pump from my hand told me i was done and demanded myself and the woman leave. I hope i never have to deal with that worker again. She was crass and rude. Luckily a kind coworker of hers appeared and allowed me to give the kind woman cash to fill her portable gas tank so she could get her car running. I hope the worker is kinder in the future and I hope the woman I helped has a better night and is able to get home safe.

  Complete agreement With recent reviews. Terrible service, aggressive, and rude.. Malicious enforcement of arbitrary traffic flow arrows. As the only customer in a self service lane, I got the full eye roll from the attendant For not approaching the pump in the direction he deemed correct. Not for the first time. This time, As he moved to force me to move, I pulled out and will not return again. Safeway management, you need to get a pin in this.

  Ms. Phyllis at the gas station is always a joy and pleasure to work with she is always hustling and polite and friendly never had bad service from her. She deserves a raise. Thank you sugar!
