- HWHailey Wentworth6 days ago1.0Josh the Manager at the Hillsboro location, let the workers decide to lie and place an extra cleaning charge for crumbs and some cup holder spill nothing too extreme and I have three kiddos that unfortunately eat sometimes on the go yet I would never let them stain anything or be disrespectful. Then he spoke to me so disrespectful and called a “B” and hung up on me. I have video proof that the car was not excessive and I would never disrespect a car. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you’re a parent they will find any reason to charge you extra and they act so unprofessional. The workers every time I go in there are always on there phones and slow to help.

Grace (et al) came up with a novel solution to getting me on the road quickly while my car was being repaired at a local dealership. This is just a great group of folks who seem to recognize that respect, compassion, and accommodation for customers is what solidifies brand loyalty. More than two decades ago, I switched to using Enterprise rentals exclusively for travel and I've never been disappointed with their service anywhere in the country.
