Upon arrival we rec'd a friendly greeting. I found out that my reserved SUV wasn't available & they were going to give me a sedan. I explained I reserved the SUV as it was needed to move some furnishings. I was offered an upgraded SUV for the cost of the one I had reserved. The staff were super friendly.

Josh the Manager at the Hillsboro location, let the workers decide to lie and place an extra cleaning charge for crumbs and some cup holder spill nothing too extreme and I have three kiddos that unfortunately eat sometimes on the go yet I would never let them stain anything or be disrespectful. Then he spoke to me so disrespectful and called a “B” and hung up on me. I have video proof that the car was not excessive and I would never disrespect a car. DO NOT GO HERE especially if you’re a parent they will find any reason to charge you extra and they act so unprofessional. The workers every time I go in there are always on there phones and slow to help.
