  Christian and the team at the Hillsboro, Oregon Enterprise office were top notch service providers throughout the length of this rental. Communication was clear, incredibly responsive, and he prioritized and triaged specific customers needs, ensuring each one knew they would get the help they needed in a timely fashion even during a busy period. The quality of the vehicles was excellent as well. Because I needed all-wheel-drive I was offered a newer Ford explorer, its only drawback was the the hands-free driving and requisite interior camera attached to the adaptive cruise control. My rental had to be exchanged for a different vehicle at office’s request and the replacement, a 2026 Toyota RAV hybrid, I enjoyed driving even more. I had two solid options versus a stale-smoke Nissan among a sea of them at the airport the last time I rented from what has been my preferred rental company. This rental with Enterprise was a great experience that has me reconsidering a three-decade relationship with the brand with black lettering on a yellow field.

  Take pictures of interiors and test the handles. Take videos. They might be broken. Changing to 1 star. Here was my experience in more detail. My friend backed into my car on accident so this was all set up by their insurance. Our only other vehicle was in the shop. I would 100% regret not choosing somewhere else because we did have the option to. The insurance company assured me that my husband could pick up the car because I was watching my father in the ICU. Enterprise called me to set up the rental. The guy I talked with said my husband could not pick up the car. I told him the situation and that I was currently in the hospital and he proceeded to talk over me how it would be fraud and the policy. The nurse came in and I told him and he still was not listening so I hung up. He kept calling back. I answered once the nurse left. I told him I was sorry for hanging up but I didn't want to miss what the nurse was saying. He then said it was ok for my husband to pick up the car granted he provided his ID etc. Roll forward my father gets out of the hospital and then has a procedure and I use the rental car. Now he was in the car already seated and used the handle to rest his hand and it just fell off. While I was driving in rushhour. This is an 89 year old mind you not a muscle man. And with all the things going on I forgot to mention it to be honest. I will take responsibility for that. They called us upset and that we would have to pay for it we should have told them as it happened. We explained what happened and that we were pretty sure it was broke to begin with and a previous renter simply made it look intact.. They said they would get back to us. They did with a $268 dollar bill. Am I surprised, no because clearly they only care about money and talking over people. I am just glad my dad didn't use it getting in or out of the vehicle as I watch him like a hawk.
