- OAOliver AutryMay 9, 20261.0I pulled up with nobody around and couldn’t see anyone anywhere, I beeped my horn incase they were in an office somewhere. Then some guy ran around the corner from possibly the building next to the business and asked if I honked, I then said yes then he told me me by that I can go to quickly lube down the street. Terrible customer service, I manage a customer service type business and I would never allow my employees to treat customers that way. They failed to have a conversation and if they had they would understand that I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to get around right now. It’s not like I excessively honked my horn I beeped it once.

I could have given them the VIN # or any other info they might have needed it. Tha guy that answered the call said he would have to see the car to give a accurate estimate. Made no sense. That's what they do for a business. I would not recommend doing anything to any car.
