Felix is the man to see if you ever need a car rental in Hermiston Oregon. Top notch customer service and clean vehicles

The Hermiston enterprise service is far below what we have experienced with other locations. We were involved in an accident requiring us to need a rental car to return home i contacted the hermiston location and was told they would have a rental. Upon arrival we were told that unable to accept are card which would leave us stranded. Also the suv that we were told was avaliable ended up not being available. On Tuesday we received a call telling us we needed to return car to exchange. I called the office and was told that the car we have has a recall and it has been slated to be sold. I live over 3 hours from this location so it is inconvenient to just bring back. I was told to call back in two days to talk to manager to resolve. Enterprise as a company has always treated us well it is just the hermiston branch that is unprofessional and not helpful

My two experiences with this branch have been garbage. The customer service is a joke. I had a car issue and needed a swap and was told too bad they dont have anything but the guy in line behind me needed a swap and they made sure to assist him.

We had a bit of a rocky start with our rental due to some back-end issues with our previous Enterprise rental, but the Hermiston location was great to work with. They were very solution-oriented, patient, and focused on helping us get everything sorted out so we could get back on the road. I really appreciated their willingness to work through the issues and find a solution rather than making the situation more difficult. Great customer service from this location, and I would definitely rent from them again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Enterprise location. I reserved a truck online ahead of time, expecting a smooth pickup. However, when we arrived today, they had no trucks available, nor any cars in their inventory. The lack of communication and poor inventory management are unacceptable. I will definitely not be returning to this location in the future. Very disappointed.
