Guess u don't need customer service anymore, not sure if it was because im a female or just untrained people who don't even greet you or talk to u at all. No one said a word to me. It was very uncomfortable and shocked, i might go to O'Reilly... at least people there make u feel like they want your service(s) and say hi and acknowledge you are trying to give them money so they can keep their jobs. Love your self check out, now we don't need employees.

I went in needing a battery, which, of course, they set me up with quickly. When I brought the old one in to get the core deposit, I had forgotten the sales slip in the friend's car who came to transport me to Auto Zone for the battery. They refunded the core deposit to me without the sales slip, and on a day when everything else went wrong, it was a big deal to me that they completed that transaction without needing the sales slip!
