  I really like this place because they explain everything before they do it, they break down the pricing and will give discounts at different service levels and you don't have to leave your car! They show you your dirty car filter, they show you your oil, and they treat you nice!

  Broooooo after I got off work at 5, I needed an oil change soooo bad. I went to two Jiffy lubes and one said he didn’t have a filter for my car and the other one in Gresham said his computer was down. LOL I knew they did not want to change nobody’s oil after 5! Sooo went straight to Valvoline in Gresham and remembered why I used to ONLY come here. Very professional and fast!!!!!!!!! Those guys AND gals don’t play!! Blessings to your whole team and thank you for all Of your hard work!

  I love the no pressure attitude that Valvoline employees have every time I've taken a vehicle in for an oil change. Valvoline is the ONLY place I will take my Rav4 from now on. The manager surprised me when he could tell me the things I was overdue for. I knew I was overdue for a couple of services on my RAV4, but I didn't want to pay the dealer's high prices to get them done. I was happy that I could get them done for a reasonable price at the same time I was getting my oil changed! From now on I will check with Valvoline on routine things that need to be done. All of the employees at this location were friendly, seemed to be happy and made me a priority as their customer. They all had a very good attitude towards the work they were doing.   I came for an oil change. The last oil change I did was at Jiffy Lube on Burnside. I went right after a strenuous dentist appointment. Half of my face was numb. Jiffy Lube lied and told me I need an engine flush and "Toyota recommends it at 15,000 miles." They run on upsells and disrespected me by lying. I went to Valvoline with a massive headache. They presented all the typical recommendations but was respectful and didn't push it. Exceptional service and pleasant atmosphere. I don't need an oil change station sound like a tire change at NASCAR with pressure of a salesmen. Good job guys you have a lifetime customer!

  I unfortunately will never be returning to this location. I watched the girl working put oil into a container from a barrel and just dump oil all over the place. She then proceeded to dump the oil all over my truck and engine bay. I asked the gentleman closing the hood if she wiped up the oil I watched her spill, and he smirked and said oh yeah. I then drove over to Americas tire across the parking lot to check air pressure as I was going on a trip that day and was getting everything handled. I got out and immediately smelled burning oil and smoke coming from under the hood. Also, there was literally oil running down my fender all the way to my tire. There was oil smeared all over the fender, all over the front of the hood, and oil poured all over my grill and a huge stream going across the core support all the way to where the oil fill tube was. Not to mention all down the side of my engine and smoking. First off, how do you send a customers car away looking like that, and secondly you should not be touching all over the customers car with oily gloves. I was very frustrated as I just spent $25 to get my truck washed and drove straight to get the oil changed, so I returned home and hand washed it myself to make sure I could get all the oil off. 2 hours of my day, and $25 wasted. I did drive back over after I saw the mess, and the manager was nice and apologized, but all he did was get a rag and smear it around more. These people need training on how to treat a customers vehicle and to change their gloves before putting oily finger prints all over the hood and fenders. I did not take pics, but I wish I would have. This is not the service I expect when paying over $100 for an oil change. This is the first review I have ever made and I wish it was under better circumstances.
