  I just moved to Oregon last year and my wife told me to go to Valvoline but I instead went to Jiffy Lube. HUGE mistake. They broke my hood and cost me nearly $600 to fix it. This time I went to Valvoline and everyone was nice, accommodating, and honest. I was in and out with a reasonable price. Valvoline will have me and wife as customers as long as we have cars. Thank you to the entire staff.

  Stupendous service, especially by Jonathon. They were quick, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They brought a whole new meaning to a well-oiled machine (pun intended). Will definitely be coming here for my oil changes.

  Always in-N-Out super quick always come here for my oil change. They never try to sell me on anything if they do there recommending me stuff that I do need for my truck overall excellent service hundred percent recommended won’t go anywhere else for an oil change - they also check my air filter check my fluids and my tire pressure without me even having to ask very appreciated!

  This place is actually horrendous, first waited an hour and half just for 2 cars in front of me to get done, not including the time my oil change took. Then one of the workers promised a 20% discount then went to the manager and lied saying he was going to see what discounts they had. Not mad about the price but the dishonesty is what drove me away from this place. Workers all messing around and keeping wait times sky high, 4 workers on my car alone and it still took 25 in the bay.

  I heard some horror stories Online about Valvoline. But I didn't want to do my oil change for the first time in a while, so I went to them because it was in the middle of winter. 1st experience: Service was fast, staff friendly.. in and out before the hr mark... 2nd experience: Same as first.. but longer lines and wait time. However, on the 2nd time they didn't reinstall 3 of the 4 tire valve caps on my tires.. no biggie, easy replacement, just wished they remembered... 3rd experience: I didn't go back, had a gut feeling I need to do the oil change myself this time and conduct my own inspections.. and I found this.. all 3 teeth on one side were snapped off. The 4th one on the back side was pretty roughed up too.. I was able to remove it and reinstall it, doing so as carefully as I could so I wouldn't snap off the last tooth.. I really wish they would've been honest with me and said they had damaged the housing unit.. I would been even more upset if all 4 of them were broken off during todays self service.. but even so 3/4 broken off is very worrisome.. Unlikely to go back if this is how they operate.. Speed doesn't always mean quality work.
