  I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience trying to rent a vehicle from multiple Enterprise locations throughout Oregon. Every location I contacted refused to provide pickup service, stating they will only drive a limited amount of time rather than following the advertised mileage policy. Enterprise's website states that pickup service is available within approximately 5 to 10 miles of a branch. However, none of the Oregon locations I contacted appeared to follow that policy. Instead, they each told me they have their own internal time-based limit and would not pick me up, even though I was within what I understood to be the advertised mileage range. This is misleading and creates false expectations for customers. If individual branches are allowed to ignore the advertised pickup policy or impose their own restrictions, that information should be clearly disclosed on the website before customers make reservations or rely on the pickup service. I am requesting an explanation as to why Oregon locations are not honoring the advertised pickup policy and ask that Enterprise either enforce a consistent policy across its branches or clearly disclose any branch-specific pickup limitations on its website. Customers should not have to call multiple locations only to discover that the advertised service is effectively unavailable. I hope Enterprise addresses this issue so future customers receive accurate information and consistent service.

  Do not buy the damage protection plan, they do not honor it. Go somewhere else.
