I highly recommend renting from this location. The rental prices are fair and the cars are well maintained. Shout out to Brandon! He took care of me more than 1 time and has only given top notch customer service!

Updated Review — Thank You for Making It Right I originally left a negative review based on a disappointing experience with my most recent rental. The vehicle had an unpleasant odor and pet dander that made the six-hour drive uncomfortable, and I was also disappointed with the service I received when returning the vehicle. However, I want to acknowledge the way the management team responded after seeing my concerns. The manager reached out, was genuinely apologetic, listened to my experience, and offered compensation to make up for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate the effort they made to take responsibility and make things right. While my initial experience was not what I have come to expect from Enterprise, I believe good customer service is also about how a company responds when something goes wrong. In this case, management handled the situation professionally and showed that they genuinely value their customers. I appreciate the follow-up and the effort to turn a negative experience into a positive one. Thank you to the management team for listening, taking my concerns seriously, and making it right. I would be comfortable giving Enterprise another opportunity in the future. Thank you for following back and making this right, Sarah!

Sarah was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I asked about some vehicle availability and if they did after hours drop offs. She kept sarcastically laughing on the phone and taking abnormal long pauses before responding which was bizarre. I asked if she had an SUV for tomorrow and she said she did not have that type of car in stock. I said online it showed they had some and she laughed saying it was not accurate. Ok? I asked if she had any car for tomorrow and again she laughed and said no. The whole thing was a very odd interaction and she seemed like she didn't want us renting a vehicle from her location.
