    Sarah was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. I asked about some vehicle availability and if they did after hours drop offs. She kept sarcastically laughing on the phone and taking abnormal long pauses before responding which was bizarre. I asked if she had an SUV for tomorrow and she said she did not have that type of car in stock. I said online it showed they had some and she laughed saying it was not accurate. Ok? I asked if she had any car for tomorrow and again she laughed and said no. The whole thing was a very odd interaction and she seemed like she didn't want us renting a vehicle from her location.

    They didn't give me a car because didn't like my license. I am a CDL holder and I've been renting with enterprise for a very long time. Everywhere I go with my truck I rent from enterprise and today Sara which she said is the branch manager didn't like my license and refused to give me a car.

    Made a reservation with this branch over the phone. They said they don't have anyone to pick me up so I took an Uber to get here. When I got here Sara said they don't have the car I reserved but they have a different one. She checked my license and something didn't like about my Texas license and said that she cannot rent me the car because I look suspicious. I've been a loyal customer with enterprise for over 15 years.
