  I now recommend west coast upfitters to all of my friends in the trades who have service vehicles. From start to finish the customer service was fantastic. I hired them to replace my old service bed with a KUV walk in style that I provided. They weren’t discouraged by customer provided equipment which is refreshing. The quote was far more reasonable than I originally anticipated so we also decided to add rear air bags and shocks while the bed was being swapped. They communicated with me about issues they had found when taking the old service box off and we made a plan to fix the issues without a lot of added cost. Plus they helped me transport the vehicle locally here in grants pass! Keep up this kind of customer service guys, you will have a customer for life.

  Johnny and his team installed a lumber rack and air springs on my truck. They made the process clear and easy. The price quoted was the price I paid even though they had to do a couple of unexpected tweaks during the install. I couldn't be happier with the results! Thanks guys!
