  A year ago we had the worst experience with the previous manager. We decided to give it one more try and found a new manager named Vernon in the grants pass branch. He was friendly , professional and did what he could to give the best experience. Since then we have rented multiple vehicles and will continue to do so. Vernon is a great representative of what enterprise is and should be. Thank you
