  Amazing customer service and had a great experience with my rental. Didn’t have what I requested but gave me an upgrade at no extra cost and made sure I was taken care of and my trip went flawless

  Shout out to the staff at the Grants Pass Enterprise 👏. I lost pictures from my childhood and Grandad in November after the holiday and did not think that they could have been in the rental. I came in today to pick up a new rental, and happened to just ask out of a last ditch effort. To try and regain something priceless to me and there in the office they had the picture of my Grandad and all the rest of my family photos. They saved them and kept them safe this entire time. Thank you so much for that.

  It was a very easy process, The car was new and very clean! Every agent i spoke with and dealt with in person was very friendly and helpful. Their pricing was lower than others i checked! I will definitely use Enterprise again!
