  Quality experience with these guys. Extremely reasonable pricing, professional and efficient. Hope to never need another tow but if I do, I'm calling them.

  Yesterday Oct, 1,2021 I had to Drive to Grants Pass, Oregon to go get My Clients Medications bc some have to be handed over to only certain people such as me an Essential Home Care Worker, CNA Ready. Somebody was on my side. "Some Guardian Angel" I Heard a voice in my head a couple of times. If you know me than you know that, * God Needs Me HERE" I am needed. But I am in a lot of pain and I got to come up with $450 for Roadside-TowAssist. The GAL & SON I Talked to ACTUALLY WERE SO NICE. I was at milepost 73. They came quick to the scene to get the car. The officer that came to the rescue was amazing also. Not very many police are that nice. Thank You For Doing What You CAN For Me. I am hurting so bad, people here and there have said I am lucky to be alive because that Sexton 1-5 section on freeway is very bad.

  Update- at first this was a super happy review; however, I’m changing my review under the circumstances. So they said they were going to refund our money. I had to bug and bug because they kept forgetting. Finally I was refunded $80 even though the whole amount was $130. I was fed up with bugging them for the refund so I disputed the remaining $50 with my bank. I’m still to this day (over 2 months later) having difficulty receiving the full amount back. So much of a headache for a measly $50. Why say you’re going to refund someone’s money and only refund half the amount? Very upset that they only wanted to refund $80 instead of the full $130. We were a mile away from their shop and the man took over 30 minutes to get there because I assume he drove to the wrong Little Pantry. So you’re charging $50 for me to wait a half an hour in the scorching heat just for us to stand around for not even 5 minutes before finding out the tow was unnecessary. $50 to drive a mile. Don’t even offer to refund someone’s money if you’re not going to refund it fully. I literally would have just took the loss of $130 but they told me they would refund my money. Our tow man was awesome. The lady on the phone was also super nice and made me laugh a couple times despite how bummed I was thinking I’d have to get a tow! Our tow man got there and while transferring our vehicle over to the tow truck, we discovered that the issue was resolved already. We personally were shocked and confused since we know little too nothing about cars; however he was very knowledgeable and explained to us that most likely what had happened was that a rock got stuck in our splash pan causing it to rattle around creating a horrendous sound, said it happens all the time. He even refunded our money. Such a nice guy and totally put our minds to ease. Great company and I would recommend them to anyone! All around a pleasant experience in a stressful situation. Thank you guys! We appreciate you all so much!

  Wes was my tow truck driver. He was the most helpful guy. He even drove back to where he towed us to check on me and my family. He even bought us food cause we were stuck until morning when autozone opened thank you sooooo much
