  I can't say enough great things about this Volvo dealership and service department. Brandon is so helpful and cheery with his top notch customer service! Well worth the hour drive to have my car serviced here

  I serviced my Volvo at Volvo Eugene for a few times, and I just want to say the staff are quite friendly. Nolan, at the service department, did a great job on the schedulings and answer questions when you have one. Very clean dealership, you get places to hangout when you service your car here. You can also get a car wash after each service! If you have any issue with your Volvo, they will definitely take care of you nicely.

  The facility is beautiful and the check in staff and process feels friendly and easy. They are communicative about status of service going on. The part that has felt shady and makes me want to go elsewhere is that the last two visits (one year apart— and I chalked it up to a mistake the first time, but a second time?), upon arrival I sign an agreement to the work to be done and the charge for said services. When you check out, they put a new higher price for you to pay, even though no other work has been done. When questioned, they immediately back down on the price, but then say they are giving you a “discount” because the price has “recently been raised”. Unless the price change occurred in the two hours between me dropping off my car and retrieving it, this is obviously a way to attempt to bilk unsuspecting customers out of $50 extra dollars. Leaves such a needlessly bad taste in my mouth walking out of an otherwise fine visit.
