  Our salesperson was lovely and I was very happy with my car once I got it. But I was trapped there for, like 5 hours while they went back and forth to the manger, and the whole vibe of the place was very off-putting. Next time, I'll definitely do Carvana.

  The team was deeply knowledgeable, professional, and the service met my needs. Service took 2.5 hours and I chose to wait; found the space comfortable, albeit a bit chilly. Lucky to have this Volvo service center close by: learned that it serves most of central/south OR.

  Found the people working at Volvo of Eugene to be very positive, polite, and enthusiastic. While their communication efforts were excellent, when I brought in a vehicle under warranty for service, it took them 5 weeks to diagnose the problem (replacing the transmission). After that, things moved along at a timely pace. In the end, the warranty covered the repair, and they delivered the vehicle back to me and is running well.

  I signed up for the 30,000 mile service being that my car was at 29,000 miles and when I dropped off my car I was proposed with a 40,000 mile checkup which would've been $1000 more. Needless to say, I went with a 30,000 because that's how many miles my car had and there was also a recall that had to be installed so it took longer than expected however, it's understandable. When I picked up my vehicle, I was provided a lift which was amazing. I was very thankful for that and I was told that there is a piece on my engine mount that is cracking and my warranty had expired the day before, However, the service provider offered that next time I bring my car in for the 40,000 mile service ($1100) they would fix it for free. The car is four years old has less than 30,000 miles on it and it has a cracked engine mount. I'm not sure I could recommend Volvo moving forward. It just seems like I am getting the short end of the stick, but being told I am getting A deal and I should be thankful. I see that you ask people to call you, but what can you do to make this right? Fix the engine mount now without charge, if that is the case let me know here and I will bring the car in and change the review to 5 stars. Well, it turns out that the old dealership does care what people say and they contacted me to correct the issue that I have that's all I could ask for and I appreciate the effort that they made.

  I had an emergency with a lot of noise and my engine light coming on this afternoon, and I called Volvo service. Brandon was able to determine right away what problem my car was having and got me in immediately to fix it. I had snacks and a comfortable space to wait while my car was fixed. My car was also washed thoroughly and the interior was cleaned too! I’m so thankful for the excellent service I always receive at a Eugene Volvo
