  Great service as usual. A part didn't get ordered but Brandon and Nolan both jumped on it, add the part ordered and expedited. Installed it and had the car back to be super quick. Thanks for the care and attention and helping me out. I love Eugene Volvo!

  I was visiting Oregon from Germany and was driving a borrowed car when it broke down. The dealership was extremely helpful with getting it diagnosed and fixed ASAP. They are a real lifesaver. Special thanks to Nolan Hart who very professionally advised me and got the car slotted in immediately. He and the entire team are awesome!

  I was traveling in Oregon but live in Colorado. The car had a critical part fail (the ERAD) and was no longer drivable. The team in Eugene (and in particular, Nolan) was very kind in processing the situation and assisting in getting my car sent to my home dealership in Denver.

  Tairee was great! I live a couple hours outside of town, and he sent me a video of the car, answered all my questions, gave me time to ponder without feeling pressured, and had the car delivered to my door. Great buying experience, and I got exactly what I wanted.

  After being told by both Volvo dealers in the Portland Metro area I would need to wait upwards of two months for a simple diagnostic appointment, I decided to check with Volvo Eugene. I was thrilled that they offered me a same-day appointment and immediately took it. Upon arrival, I was treated with kindness and respect. Every person I saw or interacted with was pleasant, had a smile, and just seemed friendly. The facility itself was comfortable and convenient. I was there for roughly two hours and had access to beverages, snacks, and all basic necessities. My car was diagnosed, I was given all the information I requested and the service advisor, Brandon, went above and beyond to make sure I had copies of everything I needed. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. After a couple of less than pleasant interactions with the Volvo dealer in downtown Portland, and the one in Beaverton being hard to make an appointment for, I’ll probably end up choosing Volvo of Eugene for my services. I HIGHLY recommend anyone else do the same! It’s an easy drive from Portland and so worth it!
