  Best service team I've ever experienced!This is my third time at Volkswagen Eugene, and they have completely earned my loyalty. My service advisor, Brandon, is absolutely outstanding. He has taken superb care of my car through the big emissions fix, a DPF sensor warranty repair, and now a flawless timing belt kit and water pump install.In all my visits, Brandon has consistently looked out for my best interests as a customer. On top of the stellar service at the counter, the mechanics here do incredible, top-tier work—my car is running perfectly and getting record-breaking MPG. The professionalism of this entire service department is a credit to the dealership. I highly recommend Volkswagen Eugene!

  Scheduled online transmission service 3:00 and was greeted very rude couldn’t find me in their system after I SCHEDULED One! While being there the ice cream truck was more important than serving customers I guess.. this dealership sucks…would NOT RECOMMEND going to this “dealership”

  Hello Jonathan! Rave review! I so appreciate the Customer Service from the initial phone call to establish the service appt for the 20k mile oil change as well as, your honesty about actually not needing the tire rotation. I've owned two 2017 Touareg's and now, the 2025 Atlas and... I could have saved so much time and frustration, not to mention money by driving the distance to Eugene. It was great talking with someone directly instead of being put on hold or, asked to go online to schedule an appointment and somebody would call me back to confirm. So frustrating. I look forward to our future dealings. Thanks again Jonathan.
