  Paid $3000 to fix my VW Jetta and was sent home with a car that died in a parking lot the day it was “fixed” I was told they were going to send out a trailer to get it and bring it back…it still sits, in a parking lot…not running. For a week. Hopefully this review, which they requested I provide, gets some attention to my car.

  They sell Lemons!! DO NOT buy any used vehicles from them. They sold me a lemon. Less than one year after having my truck, persistent overheating problems. Cooling fan replaced, then thermostat replaced, now it’s looking like the engine is warped and can cost almost the whole value of the truck to fix. I also got a warranty but of course, the warranty doesn’t cover this problem. Avoid this sleazy place at all costs!

  Brandon was great getting our Tiguan in for a new battery late in the day before a holiday weekend. Our shuttle driver Kat was friendly and helpful. The prices for work felt a bit high but it’s a dealership so not unexpected. Overall I would highly recommend them!

  My Tiguan was burning oil. It was determined to be a problem in a cylinder head. Brandon of VW Eugene handled it for me under extended warranty. It took awhile to get a new and hopefully approved cylinder head and all the while they provided me with a brand new loaner car, so it was painless for me. Thank you
