    Such a great experience! My sales team Chris, Don and Dylan were authentic, genuine, helpful and SO friendly. From start to finish the experience was easy and fast! I knew what I wanted going in and drove away with the car of my dreams in about 2 hours as opposed to 6 which I’ve experienced at other dealerships. I am so excited about my new Tiguan!!!

    I have been a very happy VW ID.4 owner since purchasing my vehicle in Houston, Texas. Unfortunately, after moving to the Oregon coast, my experience with my local dealership has been very disappointing. I am approximately 2.5 hours from the nearest Volkswagen dealership in Eugene. My vehicle currently has an issue with the communication system that affects SOS services, app connectivity, and related features. The vehicle is under warranty, yet I have been unable to get the support I need to have the issue addressed. What makes this especially difficult is that I am a cardiac patient. After undergoing a quadruple bypass and subsequent reconstructive chest surgery, I was approved through my cardiology team for a trained cardiac service dog. My service dog has alerted to medical events and has quite literally helped save my life. The dealership has expressed concerns about my service animal being transported in a loaner vehicle and has repeatedly stated that no loaner vehicles are available. Obviously since this has been months this about my service animal. If something happens to me on the road I pray my family sues them for everything they are worth. As someone who lives several hours away and relies on a service animal, this creates a significant barrier to obtaining warranty service on my vehicle. I am sharing this experience because I believe Volkswagen customers, especially those with disabilities and legitimate service animals, deserve reasonable accommodations and support when seeking warranty repairs. I love my ID.4 and have had great experiences with Volkswagen in the past, which makes this situation particularly disappointing.
