- HKHolly K6 days ago5.0I was so absolutely impressed by kendyle at the cubit street Eugene location. Kendyle worked fast and with a smile, made my day better. By the way the only girl working there.
- ASAustin von SteinSep 30, 20261.0Watch the employees when they're looking in your trunk to replace brake lights. Had some stuff in there when I was moving and some items just magically disappeared. Went in there originally to get oil change and they noticed brake lights were out when they were not and next thing you know I'm missing an item. So watch your stuff if you have anything in there. I'm beyond furious. I definitely won't be coming back there.
- RWRandy&Alaina WoolettSep 26, 20265.0Great service! Norra was amazing and had great customer service!
- DVDaniel VSep 22, 20265.0Aways a solid crew working in tandem at Valvoline. if you’re like me that don’t have the time or the space to mess with your own oil change, this place makes it quick, easy and done right. A great place to roll in and roll out with no hassle.
- HPHeather PotterSep 12, 20265.0I had the absolute best experience at the Valvoline on Cubit St in Eugene, OR! I had the oil changed and the next week I started having problems with my car overheating. I wasn’t sure if it was related, so I took my car back there to have them check it out. They immediately found that my radiator hose had a split! I thought I was going to have to go to a shop to get it replaced but they went across the street to Autozone, got a new hose and put it in for me! They also flushed out the radiator and had me idle for about 10 minutes to be sure everything was working properly. So shout out to Chris, Torrey, and Kyle for being so awesome and showing they really cared that I got safely back on the road. Thank you so much!!!
