  My windshield got a crack in it while driving on I-5 yesterday, and Safelite was able to have it replaced before noon today. Jared Isham was the technician, and he did a fantastic job. When he was finished and I came out to take a peak he mentioned that he had fixed my windshield wiper sprayer nozzle with spare parts from his van. I was so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, He needed a shout out. Lastly, as a woman at home alone, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or talk down to me. It was a pleasure to chat with him, and I'll recommend Safelite to anyone in need of auto glass.

  Wish I got his name but the gentlemen at the front desk with a beard. Easy to work with, friendly, clear about what the next steps were. Took all the stress out of the situation.

  Safelite came to my home on time. Dakota was fast, friendly, professional and explained what he was going to do to repair my windshield. He put a cloth guard over my car to protect from scratches and went about his business. He never came to my door but he did call me to tell me he was finished and could I step out to the car so he could show me the fix. He was here only 1/2 hr. Thank you again Dakota and Safelite!

  Super satisfied with safelite. They showed up on time, completed the job quickly, and my technician was super cool. The pricing was much better then an insurance deductible. I would recommend this company to anyone for sure.

  I would skip this place. It feels like they’re having issues running the shop generally. They replaced my windshield incorrectly and then it’s been a bear to get ahold of them to have it repaired to fix their damage. They haven’t been responsive or helpful in fixing the issue they caused.
