  I had a great experience with Safelite Glass Repair. The entire process was easy from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and did excellent work.   I recently used Safelite for a windshield replacement. I arrived on time and was warmly greeted. A spacious and clean waiting area with warm beverages on offer. I am so happy with my experience. My tech named Tysonn was personable, efficient, polite and professional. He explained the after care of the repair of the windshield. Excellent customer care. 10/10.

  They scheduled an appointment for my Camaro windshield replacement. The website allowed me to select the year of my car, 1967. They cancelled the 1st appointment without notice. I rescheduled for a window between 8 and 12. At 10:30 they called to tell me they don't work on cars over 30 years old. Why does the website allow me to book an appointment for a car more than 30 years old if they have no intention of performing the work? I waited 2.5 hours for nothing.

  Giving one star for a family member who has complained to me multiple times about their disappointment with this location. They went and had glass replaced in their vehicle after it being broken into. When taking the vehicle back into their possession they checked to verify that the repair went well. Upon opening the door you could clearly hear that there was still glass inside the door. Every time the door was opened and shut glass was shaking around inside. Before having this repaired my family verified with the location that the remainder of the glass in the door would be taken care of and they were assured it would be! When asking why there was still glass in the door they were told by a technician that they did not have small enough nozzle to get the glass out of the door. When speaking to a manager the manager came back and said the same thing. Driving away you could still hear the glass the in door. You can imagine how frustrating that can be when you, 1 asked if that would taken care of and were told yes, and 2 were basically told there’s nothing they can do even though they were paid to take care of this. My family member decided to try to clean the glass up themselves since this location wouldn’t take care of it. They took the door panel off and was able to fit their entire fist plus a regular shop vac hose into the door to clean the glass out. Either someone was being extremely lazy and lied about not having the proper tools. (This is a glass repair place… I’m sorry but there is no way that they “don’t have the proper tools”) or they forgot to clean the glass out, put the door back together, and then lied about not having the proper tools so it didn’t have to go back into the shop for more downtime. This is unacceptable. If you are paid to take care of something you do the full job correctly. I will never bring my own vehicle here if I am in need of glass. Especially after a manager on duty doubled down to say they couldn’t take care of it once it was brought up.

  I had an excellent experience on Saturday 6/6, with Safelite AutoGlass. From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted me and my family warmly and made us feel welcome. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and a team member promptly came outside to inspect the rock chip on my vehicle. They clearly explained the repair process, discussed the expected outcome, and set realistic expectations before starting the work. The repair itself took only about 30 minutes, and my vehicle was returned right on time. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and focused on providing great customer service. The communication throughout the visit was outstanding, and I left feeling confident in the quality of the repair. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone needing windshield or rock chip repair.
