Incredibly affordable windshield replacement with a great team of people. Tyson was communicative and answered all questions I had thoroughly! He contacted me promptly before and after the work. Will definitely return here

First of I want to say I heard of this company on tv, ads, and other customers. Tried to talk to someone....you can't. It's all online. Next... Since then it's been over 7 months and my windshield got worse so made an appointment online. Nice timing on scheduling an appointment....within 3 days I think. Even offered me a discount that I thought was awesome. When Josh showed up he was professional and courteous. Completed it in about 2 and ahalf hours. K. When I look at my bank safelite charged my account an additional 5 dollars and change with no reason. When I got in and went down to get some milk I turned on the windshield air and got chunks, shards and powdered glass in my face, on me, the dash....everywhere. I thought he said he would vacuum it..... Anyway overall I guess not bad. Wrong pricing with no way to talk about it that I know of and not throughly cleaned where the break was. UPDATE 10/11 Been driving for a few days now and I have a concern... I hear a rattling of glass against metal....from my windshield.

Super professional, hard working guys. They did a great job and was very courteous to me. These are traits hard to find in the customer service industry these days. Very happy.

I am glad the windshield finally got replaced. I place the claim in July and finally got it replaced the beginning of October. The delay was due to no windshield was available. It looks fine but I am disappointed that the lower driver's side trim is not aligned properly.

Excellent online scheduling. Good price. Great communication from my tech who called me with an eta 2 1/2 hours out and got it right on the money. Very professional and friendly. Offered to install a new cabin air filter, which I had already purchased. Free service call charge to come to my house.
