Overall great experience. I appreciated their thorough and prompt communication about my car. Lyle provided the courtesy ride a couple times for me. They give a 5% discount off parts and labor for educators which was fantastic. I’m glad I went to them and will do so in the future.

From the moment I made the call to the moment where I paid my bill, Randall’s took care of me and my brand new SUV. I kept running into schedule conflicts - they worked with me I needed a ride - they had the nicest man drive me home AND pick me back up I dropped off for an oil change and tire rotation - they also did a full inspection, liquid top-offs, and told me I was doing such a good job! I work overnights and was dropping off after work- they asked if there was a best time to call me so they didn’t wake me up I thought I was going to pay an arm and leg - I only paid $79. Now this all seems fine and dandy. But that wasn't even the best part. As I signed my paperwork the man behind the desk slid me a coffee cup, made a dad joke about it, and I just felt genuine joy. So while Randall’s gets 5 ⭐️ from me for their customer service and the quality of their work, they get a high-five (and I hate physical contact) for making me smile after a 12.5-hr overnight shift. Me and Sgaeyl (my new SUV) thank you for taking care of both of us. We will be back and we will spread the good word. The good word of Randall’s Automotive. 🚗💨💨💨

The team here is great! Very communicative and kind. They gave recommendations based on the 21 point inspection performed with my oil change and explained every recommendation with photos. I will for sure be back!

My girlfriend took her car here after her coworker recommended the place . We were nervous the fix was found, and the guys were thorough and informative.
