The lady working at 9 AM June 21st 2026 is the most unenjoyable person to be around. Her and her manager tried to ruin our trip but Avis was there to save us! Shout out Avis!

After flying all day it took nearly an hour to get to the counter. Life long national member and that experience made me switch. Hertz was wide open, so was Avis, budget etc.
