I rented a cargo van for the day. Everything went smoothly with pickup and drop off. The woman who helped us, Katie (sorry if spelled incorrectly), was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. :)

I recently rented a car from this company and overall the vehicle itself was excellent. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove very well. I really enjoyed the experience and had no issues with the car performance. However, there was some confusion with the fuel level at pickup. This was my very first time driving a pickup truck, and I was not familiar with how fuel range works in this type of vehicle. The display showed exact 600 miles remaining, which to an average customer looks like a fairly full tank. I was told the vehicle was provided with a full tank, but there was no clear explanation or confirmation of the actual fuel level. I didn’t check carefully enough at the start, but I later noticed 600 miles, which suggests the tank was not actually full. I was told it was a full tank at pickup, which normally would be closer to around 790-820 miles range. Because of this misunderstanding, I ended up with an unexpected fuel charge at return . While I accept that I should have checked more carefully before leaving, the responsibility should not fall entirely on the customer when the fuel level is presented as “full” without proper verification. Overall, great car, but poor transparency and lack of proper fuel confirmation made the experience frustrating and costly. I would recommend both customers and staff double-check fuel levels at pickup to avoid confusion. Must check fuel level by yourself even they told it's full tank and even better if you take photo of it..cuz that's how they get you. Photo added on april 14.

My car was totaled by the at fault's insurance company, so I needed a rental car asap. The representative at Enterprise wasn't only friendly, but knowledgeable in the process and took care of everything, making sure all questions were answered before I left the lot in the rental car, and helped turn a bad day into a better day.

Rented a Nissan Rogue and got stuck with a Mitsubishi suv sport. So small 3 suitcases barely fit in the back. Disappointed, for sure
