So idk why they gave me a hard time felt like they were rascsist because of my brown skin! They tried to charge me over 700.00 after 30 mins of trying to explain to them I had a reservation for 380 something I went outside to my wife and once she came in showed the reservation info they all of a sudden say oh ya it's only 500 now cause she's white??? So why charge a brown skin man 200.00 more than my white skin wife?? Racist
Best car rental experience I have ever had. Megan McCollum was the agent who took care of me. Had a few people before me so I watched her work. WOW!!!!! She is a true professional who puts 110% effort into her job and always had a smile on her face. I wish all my employees were like her. Rental car was great. Enterprise car rental. Garfield street. Eugene Oregon.

Wish they had EVs but otherwise great service. Rented through insurance so can't rate the price, but the folks here are friendly and made it easy to pickup a car and drop it off, and when one had minor issues it took almost no time to swap it out.
I rented a cargo van for the day. Everything went smoothly with pickup and drop off. The woman who helped us, Katie (sorry if spelled incorrectly), was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. :)

I recently rented a car from this company and overall the vehicle itself was excellent. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove very well. I really enjoyed the experience and had no issues with the car performance.
However, there was some confusion with the fuel level at pickup. This was my very first time driving a pickup truck, and I was not familiar with how fuel range works in this type of vehicle. The display showed exact 600 miles remaining, which to an average customer looks like a fairly full tank. I was told the vehicle was provided with a full tank, but there was no clear explanation or confirmation of the actual fuel level.
I didn’t check carefully enough at the start, but I later noticed 600 miles, which suggests the tank was not actually full. I was told it was a full tank at pickup, which normally would be closer to around 790-820 miles range.
Because of this misunderstanding, I ended up with an unexpected fuel charge at return . While I accept that I should have checked more carefully before leaving, the responsibility should not fall entirely on the customer when the fuel level is presented as “full” without proper verification.
Overall, great car, but poor transparency and lack of proper fuel confirmation made the experience frustrating and costly.
I would recommend both customers and staff double-check fuel levels at pickup to avoid confusion.
Must check fuel level by yourself even they told it's full tank and even better if you take photo of it..cuz that's how they get you.
