  Drake was very patient, resourceful, and calm under pressure. I was not happy that my car was not ready or available (hence the 4 stars), but Drake went above and beyond to do everything in his power to make us happy. When he mentioned that he wasn't a supervisor or manager, I was floored. If the company is smart, you will promote him immediately. If I owned a business in the area, the first thing I would do is recruit Drake!

  My worst customer experience ever. Airports only take credit cards for some weird scam even though in town you can use a debit card. My 1 year old, my wife, and I are now left stranded. When i asked the attendant how they could help they told me I could get a vehicle in town with a debit card so we ubered to the next nearest enterprise. They are out of vehicles and won't fulfill my reservation from the airport. Will never use them again.

  Misty is amaaaaaazing! She solved all my immediate challenges at the airport with switching cars (the car I rented the day before needed service) and she made an overwhelming inconvenient experience completely smooth, simple and swift! Very, very cool. So much gratitude to her for saving me from losing an entire day on the road waiting for a local branch to open after the holiday. Also, Officer AJ(?) was super helpful getting me to the right person and figuring out where I am. Really great people here at the airport. Super grateful. Give these folks a raise! I was a mess and they both really came through for me to get me back on the road with as little hassle as possible. The people at Enterprise Roadside (when I called in multiple times) were NOT helpful but coming into the airport was sooo much better. Even when situated INSIDE an airport, this proved to be exponentially better than the experiences I’ve had so far this trip. Thank you Misty! (& the officer who helped me get there - I forgot his name I’m so sorry but thank you!! 🙏🏼).
