She solved all my immediate challenges at the airport with switching cars (the car I rented the day before needed service) and she made an overwhelming inconvenient experience completely smooth, simple and swift! Very, very cool. So much gratitude to her for saving me from losing an entire day on the road waiting for a local branch to open after the holiday. Also, Officer AJ(?) was super helpful getting me to the right person and figuring out where I am. Really great people here at the airport. Super grateful. Give these folks a raise! I was a mess and they both really came through for me to get me back on the road with as little hassle as possible. The people at Enterprise Roadside (when I called in multiple times) were NOT helpful but coming into the airport was sooo much better. Even when situated INSIDE an airport, this proved to be exponentially better than the experiences I’ve had so far this trip. Thank you Misty! (& the officer who helped me get there - I forgot his name I’m so sorry but thank you!! 🙏🏼).

Do not trust Enterprise in Eugene to hold a car for you. Even if you pay in advance. I would give zero stars if I could. Left me stranded at the airport at midnight. Brutal.
