We had to replace every water line as they were all brittle and leaking, the wood under mattress was covered in mold, A/C doesn’t work, the roof was not properly “resealed” and leaks - they wouldn’t let us look at the roof prior to purchase due to “liability,” the awning broke off the first time we opened it and landed on our brand new pick up, the black tank had waste from previous owner and it has the worst stench constantly and they hid scented gels all over to mask the stench, stove leaked gas terribly at all times and we had to replace it, vents in floor were full of debris, soft spots in flooring, missing lug nuts and more. Learn from our situation, check EVERYTHING before purchasing. We bought the trailer to live in for a bit after the ceiling collapsed in our rental…
