  This Autozone is my favorite in the Eugen/Springfield area. The great thing is they are open until 10 pm where most close at 8. They also have had parts I've needed where the other stores have lacked. Only small downside if your impatient is they do tend to get busy. I'd suggest later evenings or Tue/Wed/Sun mornings if your on a time crunch. The staff is friendly and knowledgable especially 1 guy whom I have gotten his name yet but he is CSR #14! LOL That's my fault as I usually try to know names of people who leave a good impression. Overall great place and good service. I should also mentio, I live in Thurston and will still drive to River Rd for the service and availability of the things I need.

  I needed a specific battery and had been unable to find one anywhere. Dusty looked at ny scribbled notes went to her computer and found what I needed. Dusty was helpful, frienly, quick, efficient, and professional.
