  A shout-out for Audi, Eugene, OR and the staff. I had my car there for maintenance work. Audi took every step to make it a seamless experience re drop-off, pick-up and deciding what steps to take. Communication was excellent, professional, and courteous. Thank you Audi Eugene !!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From the moment I first contacted the dealership, to the time of receiving my final paperwork, I was confronted with nothing but kindness, accommodation, and generosity from the managers and sales and finance staff. I got a great deal on a great new to me car I'll hopefully have for a long time. I gave them parameters for a vehicle I needed and they showed me many that fit my needs and my budget without trying to upsell me into something too big or to pricy. I will definitely come back and recommend Sheppard Audi to all. Shout out to James, Damion, & Heath for making it happen. 😃 I ❤ my Subaru!

  I recently purchased a new Audi SUV through Audi Eugene, and had the pleasure of working with Heath, Jordan and Mike throughout the process. They made the transaction so smooth and seamless for me. In fact, it feels like it took longer to learn all of the electronic features than anything else. Ha!

  Terrible comunication. Didn't bother to tell me the car I wanted was sold untill I'd already driven hours on my day off for a test drive. Assuming the car existed on the first place and the good deal wasn't a bait and switch.
