Super quick and friendly service. They were able to get both recall updates done same day and provided a helpful video about the progress and our tires/brakes. Also, they had a loaner vehicle ready to go and made the process so easy!
Although I wasn’t able to purchase my 2025 Audi RS5 at the Eugene location their service was outstanding, quick and professional. The car wash was pristine too! Thanks to all the team at Audi.

We just had a second Audi lease/purchase experience with the Eugene Audi dealership in a just over a year! I must say I was nervous about getting into a brand new Q3 with the full on digital dashboard which would push me out of my comfort zone. The folks at Audi, James, Jacob and Health, made the transition as easy as possible. They also found my car in the color I wanted, picking up the teal beauty from a couple hundred miles away and getting it to us! I’m talking head spins when you see this blue hue amongst all the white and grey cars everywhere. Very very nice!
Everyday, I’m feeling more and more comfortable and safe in my new car. Our experience with Audi Eugene was (again) really great.

I’m happy they replaced my wind shield like they said. But.. the 3rd party business they used, drove my car from and to Audi Eugene and I got multiple notifications of excessive speeding, lots of aggressive turning, unsafe following, and hard breaking. And they didn’t even tuck my washer fluid hoses back into my wipers. They made my safety score for my insurance drop from 98% to 95% just on the drive to there business and back. When I told the service rep about it he said he’d call them to let them know and find out who the employee was but he didn’t seem very concerned about it. And did not offer any way to resolve the solution.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience, buying a new Audi Q4, e-tron, and a huge part of that was Jake. He was the opposite of the stereotypical car salesman experience - no pressure, no games, no pretending to know everything. If he didn’t know an answer, he was honest about it and went and found the right information which honestly made us trust him even more. What really stood out was how much he actually listened. He remembered little details from our conversations – including my dogs name – paid attention to what mattered to us and made sure that the purchase happened the way we wanted it to instead of steering us into some dealership script. Buying a car can feel exhausting and transactional, but Jake made it easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Audi is lucky to have him. Management should know he’s exactly the kind of person people hope to work with when making a big purchase. We’re thrilled with the car and grateful for such a positive experience.
Somehow, we went in expecting car dealership energy, and left feeling like we’ve been helped by a really smart friend who happened to know Audi’s!
