  First I wanted to give Penske a great review five stars we are a small owner-operator business and only in business going on 3 years now. & in the beginning when our truck would break down we would rent a semi truck cuz we have a flatbed and we would go to Penske to get a rental they would always get it same day or very next day so we can get loads done and they would give us a great deal for using their business so after 2 and a half years of our business we broke down and it was a major breakdown this time and they changed their verbiage for insurance company to add them on the policy at the beginning of the year to where our insurance and no insurance would accept that verbiage so it kept us from getting a rental which hurt us because we were out of business for over 2 weeks costing us at least $8,000 in losing loads and now 8,000 in debt for this major breakdown (causing me to have to start a GoFundMe ad to get people to donate to help us pay these bills so we don't lose our business we only been in business 3 years now) so now we can't probably ever get a rental when it breaks down because only a couple other places rent these trucks and those places couldn't get one for at least a week Penske was the best when we needed it same day or the very next day and the deal they gave us but because of that verbiage even our insurance said they try to talk to their corporate office who changed it, to tell them how unrealistic it was and they would not change it no matter what so now they get one star because they are going to lose business with people like us who desperately need it and I do hope they lose a lot more business until they realize what they need to do for people like us who give them business and keep them going

  Brought my Semi here to get the bunk fan and windshield seal fixed. A week went by and they called my company instead of me and said the truck was ready for pickup and repairs had been made. Next day I went to pick up my truck but when I tested the bunk fan it was still not working. They stated that they had replaced the fan, and that for it to work the truck engine needed to be off, even though the truck doesn’t have an APU Upon trying it that way the fan still did not work. I was told they had fixed the problem, but if that was the case it would work, I left the truck there and told them it had to be fixed before I pick it up. AC in summer is mandatory especially when I’m usually in Arizona and Nevada in the summer. It has now been almost 18 days and the bunk fan still doesn’t work. I have the thought of calling the corporate office and complain about mechanical negligence, but I will give them one last chance to prove themselves before I do. This has cost me way too much time and money
