Went in to look at some floor plans. Was met at the door and told before seeing anything that we would need to provide our name and phone number. This is an effort to collect our personal information and then use it for marketing and sell it to others. They are monetizing your information to go look at campers. Campers are a commodity. Would not recommend.

I would not recommend Camping world Coburg. I have had nothing but shady service from them. They installed a back up camera but not the original camera. When I asked where it was it seems to have disappeared. Although they said they would replace it they never did and just passed the buck. When i bought the trailer i purchased lithium rv batteries that apparently were previously used. During our 1st dry camping using solar, both batteries died within 3 hours and i had to drive 4 hours round trip to get new Lead batteries. I Came in for a warranty repair on my awning, their idea of a repair was to run a screw through it. First 6 hour drive it pulled out and it has separated from the rail. Just Another instance of poor workmanship, I regret ever buying a trailer from them.

My wife and I went into the Coburg, OR store and had purchased things we needed. We had gone back the next day to figure out more and one of the men working there had gotten in his car at the same time we were leaving. We were headed back home on I5 and had gotten on Beltline towards Eugene. This person started riding our back end on the highway, swerved around us and got in front of us to then slam on his breaks, flip us off and almost made us have to run onto the shoulder. He then started after about 3 minutes of doing this to us, started doing it to another vehicle and a motorcyclist. Before, he sped off, I realized who he was when I looked at him in the mirror. When my husband and I went back to the store to buy something else, He was there and started calling his coworkers into the his office at which time we were being stared down. About a week later we went back to buy something else we needed and we got glares, rude customer service with the employees being very condescending and snarky. We had reported this straight to corporate because they need to be aware of an employee being very unprofessional and very unsafe. Especially with customer info that he can easily access. We have tried to leave a review on their website, etc, but they have disabled their review tab because they have gotten quite a few bad comments. To top it off, the general manager has not gotten back to us after a week, which tells us they are not doing anything about this and will continue to allow this behavior from their employees. We will not given them our business any longer and we highly suggest going elsewhere as well.

Surly, lazy “I hate my job” sort of people work here. We were told by a truck repair shop that going to this Camping World store would be an awful experience. This is true. Other people have said the same thing. Everyone needs to be fired.

Roger and Alex in sales were top notch. Helpful to a couple of newbies, with smiles on their faces. Naomi in parts was great. Service department(sorry man forgot your name) giving us newbies more courtesy and understanding then we deserved. Our dog Huey enjoyed the visit more than we did, he was smothered with pets, and stuffed with cookies. Great work to the whole team. Can't thank you enough for your kindness and understanding!
