  WARNING ⚠️ GO AT YOUR OWN RISK ⚠️ We bought a new 2026 Keystone Raptor 441HB and they don’t have a clue about how to treat a buying customer ! I’ll be honest they shouldn’t even be allowed to sell Rv’s . I’ll start with if you think they care about you ? Well they don’t! So I’ll break it down quickly. 1. They said I was on the wrong unit cuz they couldn’t get me financing when I make over 220k per year with a 750 score . 2 . Rude staff !! Except Bailey (Sweet Lady) 3. Had no idea on how to structure a deal ( financial team) What a joke you guys are (Alex and the boys) 4. Needed help with finding financing 5. Delays with Delivery and when we got it ,it was dirty and the wall in the bathroom was broken 😡 6. They just don’t care about you! If it wasn’t for Camping World of Anthony, Texas we wouldn’t have even bothered. They ”Jeramy “ had to help structure the deal, get financing, show all the boys at the Oregon store how to do the trade and arrange for pick up and delivery! Wow Jeramy at the Anthony store definitely knows what he’s doing. Good job man . If anyone else needs a rv call this guy he is on top of his game!   We cannot say enough good things about Riley and the entire team at Camping World! We experienced a major emergency while traveling through the area in our RV. The screws holding our slide awning had begun pulling out, putting us at serious risk of losing the entire slide awning while driving. Even though we were just passing through and not local customers, Riley understood the urgency of our situation and got us in right away. The technicians quickly identified the problem, removed the incorrect screws, and properly repaired the awning by installing new rivets and reinforcing the assembly the way it should have been done from the start. Their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help travelers in an emergency gave us tremendous peace of mind. The quality of the repair was excellent, and the entire team treated us with kindness, respect, and genuine concern for our safety. Exceptional customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re looking for knowledgeable RV technicians who truly care about their customers, we highly recommend Riley and the entire Camping World team. Thank you for turning a very stressful situation into a positive experience and getting us safely back on the road! Five stars all the way!

  Purchased a 2023 Coleman Lt from Camping World in Wood Village. Paid $3500+ for a 48 month warranty, an additional warranty for tires and wheels + cosmetic, and another $995 for an appearance warranty. Made the mistake of having Wood Village set up our camper after ONE trip to be taken to the Coburg location for an awning motor that hasn’t worked since we drove it off the lot in Wood Village. This arrangement was only created due to the Coburg location’s proximity to our home address and what a mistake that has been to do business with this location! Riley is a pretty decent fast talker con artist at the Coburg location and has made the experience so miserable we are considering cancelling any and all warranties purchased through Camping World. Riley alleges the Wood Village location sold us a camper in January that has such poor brakes we are expected to sign a release to take our camper off their lot if we are unwilling to pay the additional $800+ for new brakes. He was going to charge us labor for a screw that was missed on the camper as well, and used deceptive practices to upsell us in the lot for a wheel and bearing package supposedly “on sale”, a service that Wood Village states was already rendered. Selling a used camper with brakes as Riley alleges is also illegal in the state of Oregon and we feel like his behavior is nothing more than a slick used camper salesman money grab. We will never bring our camper back to this location, do not trust them to properly perform any work or quote any item appropriately - saying they only sell two warranties at their location so he doesn’t know anything about what we bought. In the market for a new RV? Visit Bish's or Carrier (Carrier charges $50 per wheel for the same ridiculous package Riley supposedly has on sale for $149) and I will make sure it’s abundantly clear for all consumers to absolutely avoid Riley Brown at Camping World at all costs. I am terrified at what else they are going to come up with at the Coburg location and simply want my camper back or the deal from Wood Village to be honored - as I said, selling a camper with the condition of brakes Riley alleges is illegal in Oregon, not to mention Riley’s insistence on selling us a package that Camping World in Wood Village alleges and confirms was completed in January before the ONE trip we took in our camper - it’s an unconscionable tactic and is absolutely fraudulent behavior on Riley’s part as all CW locations have access to those service records preformed at their locations, with Riley acting as if we couldn’t trust our purchasing location to have been honest about the services preformed and making odd statements about our choice to purchase what we did (“what do you expect with a used trailer?”) - we deserve to be treated like customers that came in for a warranty repair more than dollar signs and exposed to intentional fraud. I was very clear with Riley Brown that if he was being dishonest and deceptive that I would figure that out and he was quite flippant that he had no worries about that. As a fellow resident of Springfield, this town isn’t all that big and he should know better than to make it clear he is a fraud that can’t be trusted.

  I can’t say enough good things about this place and the amazing customer service and support the entire staff provide us when trading in our massive Fithwheel Toyhauler for a little pull behind travel trailer. We feel like we got a really good deal on the new RV and felt they gave us a fair dollar amount on our trade in. When we initially called and started working with Colin the sales guy and Joe the financial manager we didn’t even realize they were located sooooo far away from us. But Colin was so good and such a pleasure to work with as well as the fact that he found us a RV that was an extremely good match for what we were looking for, so we decided to just suck up the drive (even with the crazy high cost of Diesel) and stick with them even though it Turned out there were a few locations much closer to us. The whole process of getting our trade in down to them and picking up the new one ended up being quite an ordeal for us because we didn’t have a large enough truck or the proper equipment to tow either one🤦🏼‍♀️🥵 So needless to say we arrived hours later than our scheduled appointment (of course we gave them a courtesy call) and Joe was more than gracious and understanding of our situation and told us not to stress and drive safely and come on down. We ended up closing them out that day and not once did anyone make us feel guilty about it. Our dogs even got pets and treats 🫶🏻🐶 During our 3 week process of the whole thing we spoke to almost everyone there I believe and we were treated by each of them as if they had an invested interest in us and our business. That is such a pleasant change from how most employees we’ve come across in the state of Oregon Interact and treat their customers. I’m not sure if it’s the same everywhere now but definitely here in Oregon. We feel like Customer service is a lost skill and employee loyalty to their job and company is a lost Ethic. So long story short, I cannot recommend a place more than I would recommend Camping World Coburg, Oregon Joe and his staff are absolutely amazing. The sales team both Colin and Brian are absolutely amazing. The parts guy Jesse was absolutely amazing and all of them went above and beyond in trying to help us. I missed the couple of guys we worked with back in service. I apologize I don’t know their names, but they were absolutely amazing as well, and the other financial representatives that we worked with when Joe wasn’t around were super kind and friendly and helpful. I’m not sure if I’m missing anyone else, but all I can say is there was not a soul that worked there that we didn’t feel like they sincerely wanted us to have the best possible experience.100 ⭐️ for them if that was possible 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 GO BUY YOUR NEXT TRAILER WITH THEM, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!

  Do not buy from them! We bought a 2022 rock wood high wall pop up trailer. First we went in to see it and no one seemed interested in helping. Took us an hour in a half for them to set it up so we can see it. No one wanted to show us any other trailers while we waited. We are first time trailer buyers so didn't know a whole lot about what is out there. Once we decided to finance it we were told it would be a soft check and it was not! Made us feel like we had a deal and I signed a bunch of stuff so could pick it up Monday (we went on Saturday) after it was detailed cause we bought their $1500 scam detail walk through that is an absolute joke! Fast forward to Monday and it was not the deal we had made on Saturday after I get 5 notifications about hard checks on my credit and dropped my credit 19 points. So i put my husband on it since his credit was much better and they call to say we got approved so i thought it would be the same deal ( I had to ask what my payments are AFTER signing papers cause Joe never told me and it was higher monthly) we go in do the "walk through" and it is 20 minutes of nothing important just Zane telling me he's too short to show me everything and that he doesn't sell much pop ups so doesn't really know much about them. I asked him what all had been fixed when they got it cause I was told it was in the shop and it was not detailed yet as there was ants all over the counter. He said I can't tell you that I'll get in trouble. He quickly gives us a plain walk through that was not the hour in a half in depth show me how it all works that I paid for. At this point I was just exhausted from the process. Then he takes off the faucet to pop it down and water goes all over the counter and he doesn't wipe it up just leaves it. Then they go pressure wash it and get water in the seals and don't say anything it was 5 now and my husband had to get to work that night so we didn't mess with it that night we pop it up the next day Thursday and dead batteries won't pop up because Zane left the fridge on. We charge them enough to get it up and clean the water and the shower curtain had got caught in the rails when Zane folded it up and ripped it off the roof. Call and they pretty much tell me I'm on my own. Now it is Saturday I have had it for 4 days we go to go camping and the cable that lifts the top snapped and it is broken $29k paper weight and they don't have anything to say to me except it's on me! I haven't even took this thing out yet and have 6 kids this was the worst experience in my life and I never heard from my sales guy passed the first day not once when we went and got it not the next day nothing! They suck!
