After many calls and making sure to clarify the correct window was being ordered and brought to repair my car, they brought the wrong window once, told us we had to wait 10 days for the correct one to arrive, and then 10 days later they brought the wrong window a second time. More waiting in limbo and all we were told is they still don't have the correct part and need to order it. Now today we hear from them that it's going to be another 10 days to order the correct part after we waited for them to order and bring the incorrect part twice already. Apparently there have been a lot of issues like this in the warehouse regarding orders lately. Again, helpful staff, but an abysmally disappointing service and I am exceedingly shocked and frustrated at their ineptitude regarding this repair.

I was very happy and satisfied after the windshield repair work done by the clackamas staff. They were all very professional and knowledgeable. As a customer who always arrives early, I was also impressed by the other interactions of two other customers. I highly recommend this location.
