  Hernan was great. Called with plenty of updates on timing. Super friendly and approachable. Had no problems adjusting with location to find something that worked. So far no issues.

  Use with caution. Our initial service seemed great until we found problems with the installation of our rear-view mirror. When we called the original tech back the same day, we were gaslit and told that the mirror was never loosened. We requested a warranty call, and the new tech immediately acknowledged that the Torx screws were not tightened correctly. Fast forward a few days, and we realized our washer fluid spray wasn't working. A quick peek under the hood made it clear that the washer hoses were installed incorrectly, leaving a large kink in the line and a missing cap on a wiper arm. While this was remedied at the shop and the staff there were helpful during my unscheduled second visit, these issues should never have happened in the first place. The initial installation work was simply subpar, with little care given to buttoning up the job or verifying that our components actually functioned. Please think carefully before using this shop, even if it is your insurance's preferred option.

  I’m furious! Scheduled an appointment in advance, Followed the instructions left my car unlocked as well as the keys inside the car, the technician shows up and I missed one call and called back about 10 minutes later and they told me that I was unable to get my Service done even though I took the day off work and so I tried to get a hold of the shop. We tried three different times and they didn’t pick up any of the times so what does that say about them? I miss one call and call back 10 minutes later And my service gets canceled after taking the day off work and planning my whole day around it and following the instructions my keys were in the car And my car was unlocked. And they don’t pick up any of the three times that I call? Absolutely horrific service. If you are getting service here I recommend super glueing your phone to your ear, even if your car is unlocked and the keys are in it, because if you miss one call they just leave! Even though the directions were followed, And they have full access to the car!

  The technician Mark was here on time for my first appointment. He had it just about finished and the new windshield started to crack so I had to book another appointment 10 days out because of the glue having to dry before they could replace my windshield. Very happy with the work and my new windshield and wiper blades. Thank you Safelite! My grandson love's my BMW 535i X drive. Below is his prom picture m
