  We contacted the Clackamas location multiple times to ask questions about trucks we had seen there. Each time, we were instructed to stop by in the morning before 1:00 PM, and again after 3:00 PM. When we arrived as directed, the front attendant told us he did not have time to help us and instructed us to return later. We left after that interaction. Before leaving, we asked if we could come back the next day, and he confirmed that we could. We returned the following day and were given the same response. We then called again to schedule an appointment, and we were told to come in that morning. We arrived as instructed. However, during our visit, the front attendant (we believe his name was Ben) was very unwelcoming and dismissive. He did not engage with the questions we asked and repeatedly told us to call the phone number. We were unable to get the information we needed after several attempts to speak with staff. As a result, we left feeling that our concerns were not addressed and that we were not given an opportunity to properly discuss the trucks.

  We lease a freightliner at this location, the service is outstanding, fast, courteous, super through, they take care of the federal inspections, keep the unit in top compliance, pass every DOT inspection, Heidi is the best, 5 stars
