  Reserved a vehicle they said they had and showed up first thing to a snobby assistant and her wingman at the desk. Was told I'd be given a call when it comes in. I said I'd wait and 5 days later no call still. Wasn't even offered another vehicle.

  I have had a few rentals from them over the past couple of weeks. The staff are friendly and a joy to work with and their cars are top tier! Thank you to Jeff for your graciousness and answering all of my questions!

  Great service last minute booking car ready in 30 min. Used Costco travel got good pricing clean newer car. Couldn't ask for better service.
