  The car smelled like cigarettes really bad. When I got to to Enterprise to pick up the car all the windows were down. I thought there was a no smoking policy in place and if so why don't you have it cleaned and shampooed to get the smell out? It smelled disgusting. The customer service from the person that helped me when I walked in was great, however the person who walked me to the car didn't seem so knowledgeable or was just off putting.

  I enjoyed my experience at the first enterprise i rented from, wasnt sure if another location would compare but Jeff did an amazing job getting me on the road. Was impressed to find the quality service extended beyond the one branch I'd tried before.

  Absolute nightmare experience and total lack of customer service. ​I booked a reservation weeks in advance for an out-of-state trip. When I arrived at the branch—just 3 hours before I was scheduled to hit the road—they casually informed me that a credit card in my name was required to release the vehicle. This policy was never made clear when I booked online, nor was it communicated at any point leading up to my trip. ​They claimed they left me a voicemail the night before. I checked my phone—no call, no voicemail, nothing. ​To make matters worse, they refused to exercise an ounce of flexibility or basic problem-solving. My company offered to pay with a corporate credit card, but Enterprise turned it down because the name on the card didn't match mine. When we asked to simply update the name on the reservation to match the corporate card, they refused that too. ​Instead of trying to help solve a problem caused by their own lack of communication, they showed absolutely zero care for my situation, offered zero flexibility, and handed me zero solutions—leaving me stranded 3 hours before an out-of-state trip. ​Save yourself the head-shaking frustration and book with a company that actually values its customers and knows how to communicate. Enterprise has completely lost my business.
