  I was very satisfied with my experience at this Autozone location. I needed to get replacement wiper blades and Tim helped me make sure I got the correct size and I appreciated that he explained the differences between the brands they offered without trying to pressure me into buying one over another. Both Tim and Roms even helped install them for me after! I'm quite short and had trouble reaching them. They didn't complain and completed the job quickly. I worked in retail for 5 years, and I really appreciated the quality customer service provided by Roms and Tim.

  Rom was absolutely brilliant, Very helpful and informative. The way he explained his answers and the way he walked me through my troubles until the end, was extraordinary and refreshing. I couldn’t have done it without him!

  Was in store to return a battery that wasn't needed & ended up dropping my debit card as I exited. After I left, Roms was assisting a customer in loading a purchase into a vehicle & spotted it inside the doorway on the floor. He picked it up & called out my 1st name to the entire store. When no one answered, he put it away in a secure spot. 4 days later, I discovered it was missing & returned to Autozone where I inquired inside, identified myself & was gratefully reunited with my card. Disaster averted. Personal integrity & being really good at one's job co-exist in Roms. AND Autozone is lucky to have such an honest, knowledgeable & service-oriented person on staff. Will be definitely returning for all my automotive supplies/needs. Easy & accessible parking in a really good location.

  Purchased a battery from this location under a year ago that wouldn’t hold a charge. Came in and had Roms help me out. He inspected the battery and confirmed it was a dud. Looked up the warranty and got an easy replacement. Really happy with the service!

  Roma delivered outstanding customer service from start to finish. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process of replacing the battery smooth and hassle-free. There were no issues at all, and he was more than willing to step in and do the work himself, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear he takes pride in what he does and goes above and beyond to help. Thank you, Ron, for your hard work and dedication—it really doesn’t go unnoticed!
