I visited AutoZone on 146th Ave & Sunnyside on July 3, 2026, to purchase a new battery for my truck, and I wanted to recognize Seth for the exceptional customer service he provided.
From the moment I walked in, Seth went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. What stood out most was the way he spoke to me—not like just another customer, but like a good friend or family member. That level of authenticity and care was a breath of fresh air and is exactly how I believe every business should strive to treat its customers.
Later that same day, I returned to purchase another part, and I was actually hoping Seth would be there again. Fortunately, he was, and once again he took excellent care of me. He patiently answered my questions about recharging my truck’s A/C system and made sure I understood what I needed.
Over the years, I’ve been around many successful business owners, and I can honestly say that someone like Seth is the type of employee I would trust to manage my own store or business. He represents the kind of professionalism, customer service, and character that leaves a lasting impression and keeps customers coming back.
