  They added a $5 surcharge after the oil change was already done. When I asked why they did not say anything about it beforehand, they said there was a sign. I asked where it was, and it was BEHIND THE SCREEN that the employee was working on the whole time. How convenient! My first visit there will also be the last. It is not the $5 dollars, it is the dishonesty that bothers me.

  I did an oil change with synthetic oil. They programmed my sticker for a 3,000 mile return which is incorrect, should have been set for 5,000. Also, the manager didn’t know how to reset my maintenance reminder.

  Fast, courteous, respectful service. Arrived an hour after opening and was able to pull right into a bay. Literally 15 minutes from pulling in to pulling out. Oil change only. They provided a sheet with all the services they suggested and gave no pressure to do/buy anything Price is on par with the higher end of what you can expect with a dealership service, but the speed, convenience, and customer service more than justifies it.

  Great service - Their turnaround time for changing the oil is really quick. They are very thorough checking all the fluids and the battery. I'm a repeat customer.

  Terrible experience, it’s not worth the risk. If something goes wrong they won’t stand behind their work or even do a real investigation to find out what happened. Management blamed me for the problem and eventually hung up on me during a call. Never going back. I want to be clear: the service-level employees I’ve encountered at Valvoline have consistently been great. This review is about leadership. One star only because zero isn’t an option.
