  Great service, great communication. Taking one star off only because they arrived a bit later than scheduled which might negatively impact those who had worked their schedule around the previous window. No complaints otherwise, windshield came out great and I’d recommend safelite to my friends but would remind them that the window the website gives is not entirely accurate. Totally understand why the driver took so long with having to travel to 4 different cities and I’m not complaining about the driver, I just don’t want people to assume that they’d get their service done in the estimated window.

  What a joke. Tried making appointments talking to call center in a different state and after a run the around their shop doesn’t even have the knowledge or equipment to do my car Total waste of time and went with a local company

  With the rainy lately, I had to change my appointment location the day prior but it was not an issue. The tech was personable, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was quick and simple. I would definitely recommend Safelite for anyone needing a new windshield.
