  Met the owner, Aaron. Super nice and helpful, as was everyone else. Seemed like a great team that worked really well together. Everyone seemed happy to be there. Amazing service, good prices. I’ll be coming back for sure.

  Man, this really sucks of course a good thing has to come to an end Stiffy lube bought out mobile one which is so crappy they have the worst reputation they stiff you literally they’re a toxic company has taken over this oil change place. I give it about a month the great employees here will probably resign and go somewhere else. I’m not giving Stiffy Lube my business. I’m gonna have to take our car to our local mechanic in Bend from now on really really really sad and tragic. Thank you Mobile 1 so much for ruining a good thing here in Bend a great oil change place. Really appreciate you selling out to a crappy company.

  Disappointed by the corporate buyout—end of an eraMy spouse and I have been bringing our vehicles here for nearly a year, and the staff has always been absolutely incredible. They provided fantastic, trustworthy service every single time.Unfortunately, I just learned that they have been bought out by Jiffy Lube. Because of that company's reputation, I will no longer be bringing my business here. It is incredibly tragic to see a great local staple sold off, and I feel terrible for the wonderful employees who made this place what it was. I expect many of them will be leaving soon anyway.Moving forward, we will be taking our business to a local independent mechanic in Bend for our oil changes. Truly disappointed that a great thing was ruined. Edit: August 21st 2026 I appreciate Kevin and the original crew, but a buyout completely changes the corporate structure, policies, and under-the-hood standards. Jiffy Lube’s overarching corporate reputation is exactly why we will not be returning. A local face doesn't erase corporate ownership, and we aren't willing to stick around for the inevitable bad surprises or drop in service quality that comes with a toxic corporate umbrella. We are taking our vehicles to a true local independent mechanic moving forward.

  Everyone was friendly, I did not need to get out of my car. When I asked a question they did not get hostile, instead they answered it promptly and politely. Over all it was a great experience.
