- PRPamela Roberson2 days ago5.0I had a great experience with enterprise. They called me right away. I let them know when and where I needed to be picked up. They took me to their offices and I was out the door with a rental within 20 minutes. Nice people quick and easy. Once my vehicle was fixed, within ten minutes of dropping off the rental they were transporting me to to pick up my car.
- DSDavid ShankJun 10, 20261.0Poor customer service all the way from the desk to the absolutely horrible call center. Im 6'4 and they put me in the smallest car possible. I didn't go back in because I just needed it for a day. I did need to extend it for a couple hours and they wanted me to pay full price for a whole new day. I expected some charge but not a whole day. I could barely understand the lady at the call center. Also she had me look up the address for drop off location. Shouldn't you have the address? Do you at least train the call center on how to use Google. The whole experience was very frustrating especially when I had to already pay the shop 1600 to fix my truck. Enterprise train you customer service people to at least be understanding people's needs. Won't ever rent with you again.
