  The staff are friendly, and my experience was pretty good. Things were not perfect, but I never felt like I was being treated poorly. There were a few miscommunications and hiccups throughout the process that always got straightened out without much hassle. The worst thing was that for some reason the black tank was half full when I took delivery (wondering how long it was like that) which was solved with one trip to a dump station. I am satisfied with how everything turned out in the end.

  We traveled 4 hours to look at a trailer that we found online and were super excited about, we talked to 3 different people (we assume work at the location, but turns out their third-party customer service) and hadn't had a poor relationship -- until we showed up. Granted we got there super close to closing due to road delays, but we called ahead to confirm and asked if it was okay and were reassured it was. We arrived and were greeted by this disgruntled sales rep whose warm and welcoming statement was "Just being transparent, I'm not staying late, I have a family at home" which we get, but we also called ahead to make sure that it would be okay and were reassured it would be. This trailer that I was so ready to buy no matter what, quickly felt bitter and I felt no excitement walking out into the lot with this rep. The table was wobbly and his advice to us was to "just wrap the base with electrical tape since its older, those kinds of repairs are to be expected" -- granted, but not for a new buyer who plans to drive off the lot with one that's already in that condition? If the expectation is to purchase the trailer in "as-is" condition, then the price shouldn't be over $20K. He continuously cut off conversation, didn't listen to the needs/wants but just sort of did his own thing, texted on his phone while sitting with us, verbally announced our social security numbers to the room to "verify our application", and was very sarcastic at any interaction/question which honestly made me shut down at this point and left the table to let my husband handle it from there because ultimately, we drove a long way, it was late and I was still set on the trailer. When it came to financing and the guys' responses were less than helpful and more "it is what is", my husband stood up and said that it just wasn't going to work so I grabbed our daughter to which the sales rep called out that we just wasted an hour of his time and if we weren't going to sign than they are better off without us. Astonished, we didn't say another word and left. Granted, the Finance Manager chased us into the parking lot to attempt to make things right -- but I can't in good faith put my finances or do business with a company that can be so outrightly unprofessional and rude and made a first-time buyers experience so disappointing. If you choose to do business with this location, avoid Daniel, but we chose to do business with a family-owned RV dealer elsewhere.

  If I could leave 0 stars i would. DO NOT BUY JAYCO!! Bought a 2025 jayco slx 260bhw BRAND NEW, in December of 2024. Its a ABSOLUTE pile of crap. EVERYTIME, I use it it has to go in for warranty work. Cupboard doors falling off, literal walls inside the trailer falling off, water leaks, range hood detaching from the cabinet, paneling falling off, door knob broken, ac vents broken, front door doesn't open/close without having to yank on it HARD, hose for the pump was kinked so bad it wouldn't get water to the trailer, it was "repaired" with a 90° elbow that was improperly installed and you guessed it.... had to go BACK IN FOR REPAIRS, iv used this trailer maybe 7 times and its been in for warranty work more times then iv been able to use it. Iv had to leave a camping trip because the water leaking from under the tub was so bad (didnt even use the shower). And if this happens to you don't bother trying to return the trailer, they will offer to give you not even half of what you bought it for, for "trade in" and jayco will do ABSOLUTELY nothing other than tell you its under warranty still. Yes its under warranty but I cant even enjoy the time I bought the trailer for "camping" without issues CONSTANTLY! so just don't buy JAYCO, they are garbage.

  Do trust the price the service department gives you. Made an appointment to have my furnace serviced, price sheet said $125, the person said they would do a complementary inspection of the water heater as well. Sounded good until I went to pick it up and it was $235 because they charged me for the water heater inspection, environmental fees, etc. do not recommend. Also made my appointment for the 10th, and a week and a half later still had not touched it. What’s the point of an appointment.

  We had a wonderful experience! We came in for a small travel trailer, but Shawn showed us a newer model with more space for a discount price. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Shawn walked us through the paperwork process which was easy. They really worked with us to obtain the trailer, without any problems. We walked away with a 2026 travel trailer, and we are so happy.
