  Blake at AutoZone went above and beyond for me. Earlier that day, I had my oil changed at my Subaru dealership because of a low oil light—but even after the service, the light was still on. When I asked them to clear the code, they said they couldn’t and instead tried to push a $180+ diagnostic, plus potential repair costs, while also blaming me for my maintenance history. It was frustrating and stressful. I stopped by AutoZone, and Blake took care of everything within minutes. He checked the codes, walked me through resolving it, and made sure everything was good to go—completely free of charge. No pressure, no upselling, just genuine help. He saved me money, time, and a lot of stress. That level of honesty and customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend stopping here and asking for Blake if you need help.

  Went to the dealership to check my battery after they had just said it was fine two weeks ago—suddenly they wanted $400 for a replacement. Decided to skip that and head to AutoZone instead. Donovan helped me find the right battery and got it installed quickly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Definitely coming back here next time.

  Elizabeth, the store manager, went out of her way to make my situation correct. I had a water pump and thermostat that I ended up not using on a repair because there o-rings in the housing that were bad so I replaced the entire housing. Since I didn’t use the parts I waited to return them not knowing that Autozone has a 90 day return cutoff. Elizabeth knew I wasn’t going to use the parts so she issued me store credit even though the computer wasn’t letting her do it. It took her a bit of time to get it done but she didn’t want to leave me stuck with the parts. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.
