  Michael and Wilbur were both extremely polite and professional. They communicated well in advance of showing up, and were very friendly and quick in their service on-site. They left a little bit of mess behind in the car (from removal of the old windshield), but it was also clear that they went to efforts to prevent and/or clean up the mess too, so overall I appreciated the effort. Very seamless experience with Safelite and via State Farm - would use them again!

  I had my windshield replaced here a couple years ago and this is my experience: - Paid the highest price in town considering my deductible and what my insurance paid out. - Had to wait over a week to get scheduled. - Had to leave my car for an entire day at the shop. - On a trip following replacement, discovered my windshield wiper fluid no longer worked. I had to return for service a second time to get a pinched wiper fluid tube corrected. - Glue marks around the windshield growing over time (see photo). - Damage/constantly falling side window airbag cover after service. Recently I needed another replacement and after receiving a quote from Safelite for nearly $1800, I looked elsewhere. I was so impressed after going elsewhere I needed to leave this review. - Competitor came to my house within 24 hours. - Replaced my windshield and calibrated my collision system in under 2 hours. - Explained the entire process clearly. - Fixed airbag cover (without my asking). - Paid 1/3 the price cash (lower than my deductible) without involving the insurance company at all. - Beautiful job and direct access to the installer that offered to return with any issues at all. I believe it given the great Yelp reviews. Who said you get what you pay for? I won't be returning to Safelite again. Safelite appears to be a company that heavily invests in marketing and their executives instead of their employees. I strongly recommend trying someone else.

  Michael was professional, kept me informed throughout every step of the process and did an excellent job completing the work when promised. We've been travelling the country and Safelite's come to you was the perfect solution.

  This place is awful. My first quote they told me $600 then they called me back told me it was wrong. It was $1600. I told him to go ahead and order the window. I will be in for my appointment and I’ll pay cash. After taking the day off of work and showing up for my appointment, they never even ordered the window glass. But I’ve got several confirmation emails, saying the part is in and they are ready to go. They’ll see me at my appointment.. This place is a huge waste of time

  We all hope that we never have to replace windshields, but rocks and other accidents are inevitable. When mishaps occur, Safelite is very good at what they do. We booked online to replace our windshield and the whole process from start to finish was easy peasy. I highly recomend Safelite if you need any type of auto glass repair.
