- JSjessica schlump1 day ago1.0These guys are awful. They replaced my windshield and “recalibrated”. I paid my $500 deductible and insurance paid an additional $700. Now none of my safety features work, pre collision and lane assist. I have tried to set up a warranty appointment online multiple times but get an “oops we’re having problems on our end message” despite trying several different days, with different devices. I have sent multiple emails without response. I have tried calling the local shop, which directs all things back to the website or just hangs up. I think I’m stuck going to the dealership since I cannot get anyone from Safelite to respond or help. They super suck. 👎
- EEEliot2 days ago1.0Safelite has made it impossible to actually call the actual location, and the automated phone tree is BEYOND useless. You have to yell at it repeatedly just for it to even understand, and zero options allow you to contact someone at the actual location. When it transfers you to the call center, it just go to silence and nobody is there. 1 time out of 10 I actually got a person at the call center, and they were unable to help and I had to start over. Eventually I gave up and went to a different glass shop. Immensely frustrating, I wasted so much time and got nowhere

Have wasted so much time, and gas, on this single windshield replacement. I would recommend finding another safelite location- or another company for your fix or replacement.

I dropped my car off at 8:30 expecting to pick it up at 4pm, it was complete in 2 hours on a weekend. I can’t say it could have been any better of an experience choosing Safelite to service my windshield.
