  Mobile service was great! I've had both a cracked windshield and a shattered driver door window replaced. Both repair people (John, then Michael) were prompt, friendly, & efficient. I would definitely call Safelite again for car window needs.

  Lesson learned! After my experience here for a rock chip repair that I thought would be simple, I will not let any shop touch my car without signing a full disclosure that clearly states if damages are done, I am 100% responsible to pay the full replacement of a windshield. This was an incredibly stressful situation and I took my business someplace else for the replacement.

  I had a great experience with this Safelite location! I live at the coast and our autoglass options don't do weekends...so I had to drive to Beaverton to get my windshield replaced. The booking process was easy online and I like the communication + text reminders. It was made crystal clear to me beforehand, how long my appointment would take and how much it would cost. Misti assisted me that day...and she is an absolute GEM of a person! She is so happy, helpful and kind ~ which was much appreciated. I had just enough time to grab a coffee and bagel down the street ~ and my car was DONE. Thank you for making the process as painless as possible.

  My truck was recently broken into and the driver-side rear window was shattered. Dealing with insurance quickly became such a hassle. The repair shops I contacted couldn’t even tell me how many days they would need to keep my truck, and since I use it for work every day, trying to coordinate everything was becoming extremely stressful. Then I found out that one of the collision repair centers actually uses Safelite for their glass replacements, so I decided to skip the middleman and go directly to Safelite in Beaverton. I’m SO glad I did. To my surprise, paying my insurance deductible would have actually cost me more than simply paying Safelite directly. My window replacement was around $350, and the entire experience could not have been easier. The lady at the front counter was absolutely wonderful. She has an amazing personality and truly understands customer service. She was welcoming, organized, efficient, and kept everything moving smoothly from the moment I arrived. Michael was just as amazing. As soon as I arrived, he went out to inspect my truck, answered several questions I had about the window, and made me feel confident that everything was being taken care of properly. Before I knew it, less than an hour later, my truck was finished and ready to go. Something I expected to be stressful, time-consuming, and expensive turned into an incredibly easy and pleasant experience. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers great pricing, excellent workmanship, efficiency, and genuinely great customer service all at the same time. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Safelite Beaverton and would absolutely recommend them. Thank you to Michael and the entire team!

  Had a rear window replaced, there was an issue with the installation— what could have been a frustrating situation instead was handled so well that I left very happy with the technician who did the job. They got the job done and customer service / communication skills were absolutely excellent.
