  Spencer was awesome! He stayed late for me as I got stuck in traffic after work heading out to meet him for a first look at the Porsche Macan S. He was patient with me on our test drive as I tend to get nervous driving someone else’s car. He just chatted it up about life in between directions and made me feel like I was making a new friend. He paired my phone to the car after I purchased it and got it ready with a bow and offered to take a picture of me with my phone. What service! Oh and he offered me not 1 but 2 Key Lime LaCroix’s while we were going through the process. They are my favorite. 11/10 I would recommend buying a car from this gentleman again. He was not salesy or pushy, just real and personable. Thanks Spencer for making my first car buying experience without my hand being held by my husband an easy and seamless one. You were so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions that I threw at you. 🍻

  Meizy, in service, is a great communicator. Car was going to take longer than I expected and she set up a Lyft all the way from Beaverton to East Vancouver.

  I worked with Meizi Miller to get my 911 Turbo S serviced. It was an easy experience, and I would definitely come back for my next service. Even though I was running late, they were still able to take my appointment without any delay.

  My daughter bought a used 2021 Mercedes from Porsche of Beaverton, under 25k, and they treated her like she was buying a brand new Porsche. They rolled out an actual red carpet with a ribbon on the car for her in the showroom. No pressure on financing or extended warranties, no back and forth haggling, she told them what she could afford and they got as close as they could right away. They detailed the car, filled the tank, and when she noticed the rear sensor wasn't working after driving off, they immediately apologized and told her to bring it to a Mercedes dealer once she got to San Diego and they'd cover it. I was in Florida the whole time while she handled this on her own in Oregon, and I never once felt like I needed to step in or worry about what she was getting into. She's 23 and about to start a new job teaching in California, and knowing her car is solid and that this dealership actually cared about her experience gave me so much peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of my mom heart.

  Exceptional service from start to finish! I can't say enough good things about my experience at Porsche Sunset, and especially about my Service Advisor, Andy. He went above and beyond, keeping me informed at every step, answering all my questions, and making the whole process completely stress-free. His communication was excellent, and it's clear he genuinely cares about taking care of his customers. The dealership as a whole really understands the customer experience, and the service department is top notch. If you're bringing your Porsche in for service, ask for Andy. He's a fantastic resource and the kind of advisor who makes you want to keep coming back. Highly recommend.
