  I contacted the dealership to obtain the paint code for my vehicle and was transferred to the parts department, where I spoke with Luke. Unfortunately, the interaction left me genuinely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. After being asked for the VIN, I simply clarified whether the entire VIN or the last eight digits were needed. The response, “the whole thing,” was delivered in a manner that came across as unnecessarily curt and dismissive. While I understand these requests are routine, there is a significant difference between being direct and making a customer feel like a basic question is an inconvenience. What was equally disappointing was the lack of any effort to ensure my needs had been fully addressed before ending the call. At no point was I asked whether I needed any additional assistance or if there was anything further the department could help with. I rarely leave reviews, but I believe professionalism and courtesy should be standard expectations. This interaction fell well short of that, and I was left disappointed by what should have been a straightforward and routine experience.

  Spencer was very helpful and working with him felt natural and without pressure. He went out of his way to help me and had answers to all of my questions. I would recommend working with him to others.

  Best service team ever. They were quick to resolve some issues I was having with my 2017 Cayenne, and kept me thoroughly updated throughout the entire repair process. My advisor, Meizi, was so professional, so kind and diligent in communication. Can't recommend Porsche Beaverton service department enough!

  I had a great experience at the Porsche dealership with Daniel. He was very professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process of buying my new Porsche Macan. He walked me through everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. His customer service was excellent, and he truly went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend asking for Daniel if you’re looking to buy a Porsche!

  Could not ask for a worse experience from this dealer if I tried. Booked an online appointment on Friday 5/15/26 for service (tire change and alignment along with some sensor codes) on my 911 GTS. When I arrived to the dealership I was informed the online system doesn’t work and was told they wouldn’t be able to service my car for several days. Was told to simply use discount tire down the street. When I bought tires from them I was then told by another service advisor that they can not preform that service. After finally getting the car into this dealership the car will no longer go into sport or sport plus mode! Terrible service $2600 to be left with a car with more issues than when I walked in the door. Absolutely do not recommend this dealership or Johnathan 0 stars if I could.
