  I generally hate buying a new or used car. All the games and hoops. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had honestly. I chatted with Doug via text and phone for a bit planning out if my trade in and purchase price for a newer Volvo matched up. They patiently worked with me all day. We came to an agreement that was really great for everything so I headed out before rush hour on a Friday. Upon arrival they had the car out and got the paperwork going with some info I sent ahead. I was in and out in about an hour and a half and it was pretty painless honestly. I really appreciate that they will make a deal with respectful communication and really make you feel supported when you arrive. I am so happy to come out to Beaverton even though I live across town. Thanks all for making it so great and getting me into what I really wanted while taking good care of the trade in Volvo.

  I love going to Herzog-Meier Volvo. The team is so professional and I always feel welcomed there. Especially when I’m working with Michelle or Lilly. Michelle always gives me the attention I need and you can’t find Lilly without a smile on her face. If you’re looking for a Volvo, go see them!

  I’ve had my car worked on here before, a bit sad the techs no longer work on Volvos before 2001 Just needed tires and brake pads - have to look for a new shop now

  After 3 vehicle purchases and multiple service visits at this dealership, I can say with certainty that it’s a first-class establishment. Things you can’t find at other dealerships (honesty, transparency, integrity) are prevalent here. My latest purchase was so easy and the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Servicing my cars has been a straightforward and convenient experience for over 10 years. Kudos to the entire team for delivering a great customer experience.

  Worst Volvo service place ever! I requested a loaner car when scheduling having the service two month ago. I called the service department to confirm if there is a car for me to loan one week before the service and no one responded at all. Called five day before the service day and left a message and no one responded. Until the day before service they texted me almost the end of day and saying there is no loaner car available for me. What a busy service place!! No one answer the phone and no one listen to the voice message and no one responds. Great service!!!!
