  My husband and I had been searching for a very specific vehicle and when it popped up as a trade-in at Herzog-Meier I got in touch with them right away! Saige Le helped us through the buying process and ensured that the car went through a full inspection and communicated with us along the way. I’ve never had a better experience buying a car and would highly recommend this dealership (and Saige specifically) to anyone who is shopping for a new vehicle!

  Great experience again! We just purchased our 2nd Volvo from Herzog-Meier and had a wonderful experience. Doug went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect vehicle that checked all the boxes. Everyone on staff there is wonderful to work with.

  We have bought many Volvos over the years from Doug Galloway. He is exceptional. He wants his customers to be happy with their Volvos and always follows up on any issue that arises. Herzog Meier is extremely blessed to have Doug in their sales department. Because of these reasons, our family, extended as well, will continue to shop at Herzog Meier with Doug.   Went in for service of a newly painted vehicle. Without question vehicle was sent through their wash leaving swirls in the new clear coat. I was told everything from they asked and gave permission to my vehicle was never repainted all in a very belittling and condescending manner. Would not recommend the service team.

  The sales team here is lovely, but as soon as you drive off the lot, good luck. I’ve had my Volvo xc40 almost 2 years and it’s been nothing but problems. The electronics in it are awful. It takes 10 whole minutes for the car to warm up every day which means you have no access to music, maps, and sometimes the backup camera. This may seem like it’s not the end of the world, but when you are trying to go somewhere and need directions it is so frustrating (and results in unsafe driving from having to look at your phone). Even more unsafe, I’ve had instances where the blinkers dont work! I’ve called multiple times and they tell me this is normal as the car is “warming up”. Um it’s not normal, it’s slower than dial up internet and every “cheaper” car I’ve had before this (Ford & Toyota). I’m SO glad I decided to lease this as I am counting down the days to drop it off and never drive a volvo again. This was suppose to be my “luxury” upgrade but it is 100% a lemon. Definitely considering hiring a lawyer to see if I can recoup some of the value I’ve lost on the monthly payments since I am not getting the car I was promised. All I can say is learn from my mistakes and choose another make of car.
