  Had to get body work done on my vehicle. Figured if had to get a rental might as well enjoy the experience. The staff was super friendly! I worked at first with a lady on the truck side of things and she was super helpful and nice! Once I knew a little more I spoke with the correct team. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a vehicle I would enjoy. I wanted Ferrari but I don't have Ferrari money. We ended up with a BMW Z4 convertible. Was plenty of fun and we ended up getting it during a dry part of spring. We may have had a sweatshirt on a couple of the days but was still a blast! Easy to work with enterprise locally. (Call center was a little rough) all the local teams are awesome though! Helped me pretend I had money to throw away on a toy car and had a nice trip to the coast. I will be renting a car just because in the future to try other cars out on special occasions.

  They didn’t have the car I reserved. Had to take a more expensive car not happy.

  At Enterprise, I was able to rent a BMW which is the same model as my personal car. So no need to learn bells and whistles of an unfamiliar car. Customer service was polite and fast. I had no problems with the rental car. Enterprise does a great job!
