  Went in to go buy some windshield wipers for my girlfriend’s SUV, and had a relatively easy time finding them. When going to checkout was where the problems began. Alonso, the salesperson was respectful and tried to be helpful. He was a little slow and the interaction went too long, but I understand that. However, it was frustrating when it he was telling me about a rainx product, and then immediately scanned it into my purchase without asking if I wanted it. On top of that, it felt like he assumed I didn’t know what I was doing.

  The customer service at this store is excellent! I came to this location needing a fuel cap and the associate that helped me (wish i got his name!) was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in the products. He helped me found the right cap for my car model and when I was struggling with installing it on my car, he came out with me to my car and helped me install it correctly. It's really great that Auto Zone hires people that are knowledgeable, well trained, and goes above and beyond providing fantastic service. This will be my go to store for all things auto related.

  If your going to go to autozone. Go see JOHN at 7805 SW Dartmouth Tigard oregon. He is very professional, educated, knowledgeable, shows great above and beyond effort to help you. I have to replace my radiator and he came outside in the evening hrs to inspect the car to help ensure I got the right parts. Based on our conversation, he very well educated around cars. Thank you John!
