  By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had, I usually dread it. I came from out of town for a truck. I worked with Craig, he had the truck up front for a test drive first thing. Went back inside and it maybe took 15 minutes for the paperwork. I was back on the road on my way home. They even gave me a free uber ride. I’m really happy with my experience with these guys. And most of all Craig wasn’t pushy during this process, as most other car salesmen call you non stop. This wasn’t his approach, and i appreciate that. Great place to buy a vehicle.

  I brought my 2021 SQ5 in for service to Rebecca Lee @ audi Beaverton due to an engine light warning. The findings were major and the cost to repair significant. Rebecca went to bat for me and resolved the majority of the cost through Audi USA. Additionally, she placed me as a priority for a loaner as I would be without my car for weeks, and she obtained the loaner for me. Lastly, Rebecca's communication was outstanding and she worked with the tech to get the repair handled expeditiously. Rebecca went over and beyond excellent customer service. I am absolutely thrilled having worked with her. Thank you Rebecca!

  I had a decent experience purchasing my car here initially, but since writing the check the communication and assistance dropped off significantly. I purchased an Audi here from out of state 10 weeks ago, on 6/6, and am still unable to register it. Prior to purchase, on 6/4 I provided the dealer, Patrick Curb, with my residency documents necessary for registering my car. Upon arrival on 6/6 the Finance Dept had not been provided those documents so they asked me to forward them to the person processing my transaction, Dalton Bowman. I left with the vehicle and a temporary registration dated 6/26. Several weeks passed with no communication so on 6/29 I reached out to Dalton on the status of my registration since the temp was now expired. He said there was a typo in the VIN number they provided to the third-party company managing the registration and I needed to sign corrected documents and overnight them back, which I did immediately on 7/7. I never heard any more update on that. On 7/21 a different person from their Finance team, Michael Lee, requested more residency documents, which I provided again. On 7/23 a different member of their Finance team, Parker Helland, requested the same documents, which I provided again. On 7/30 I got a voicemail from Michael Lee again requesting the same documents- I returned his call and left a voicemail which was never returned. On 8/3 I asked if the registration expenses associated with my initial vehicle purchase could be refunded as I could have easily registered the car myself by this point and the third-party company they made me pay was only delaying the process- I never received a response. On 8/16 I reached out for an update on the status of my registration and have not gotten a response. Meanwhile, I am unable to drive my car as the registration expired months ago. I get no meaningful communication from Sunset Imports unless they are asking for something. It feels helpless and frustrating. Therefore, I would not recommend Audi Beaverton.

  Five stars for Brand Specialist Lizzie Lopez. She was engaging, professional, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to work with from the first text message through multiple test drives. She made the experience easy, low-pressure, and fun—exactly what buying a car should feel like. Audi Beaverton clearly has the right people in the right roles, and Lizzie is proof of that. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for an Audi. And the car? A Midnight Green Metallic A6 may be the most sophisticated and comfortable way possible to go fast and look cool doing it.

  Will never go back to this place. I was contacted by them as my credit union utilizes a car buying service that allows me to get a lower APR. They reached out to me quickly and I began messaging with a sales person. Our schedules didn't work out the first time I was able to go in and I met with someone else who was helpful. I gathered the information I needed then went home and did more research. When I was ready to test drive, I informed the original individual I was working with what I wanted to test drive and the day I was available. Since he wasn't in that day, he worked it out for the original person I met with to meet with me to do the test drive. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told the person I was to meet with, didn't have an appt . scheduled with me. The sales person who met me at the desk was apologetic and tried to help me out. She was able to get me on a test drive for one of the models and it turned out they didn't have the second model available and they wouldn't for several days. I test drove the model they had and left. I was never contacted to let me know the other model had arrived nor an apology for the mix up. I finally reached out the original sales person to share what happened and got a simple, sorry, I passed your file along. Needless to say, we went to Audi of Wilsonville and our experience was night and day different.
