  Wife and I went to Audi of Beaverton today and met with Shane, one of the sales people. He was genuine and helpful while we were looking at a used suv. We ultimately did not purchase the vehicle but felt no pressure and we were treated with kindness and respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or work with Shane in the future.

  5 star service! We bought a pre-owned truck from Audi Beaverton. Our salesperson Lizzie was beyond helpful. We had been shopping for a few months and were getting quite soured on the process. She was honest, straightforward, cooperative, and an excellent communicator. No question was left unanswered and every request was considered. When we traveled to Portland to purchase the vehicle, everything was prepared and streamlined for a quick yet thorough buying process. Highly recommend Audi Beaverton for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

  Went to Beaverton Audi after several back-and-forth emails with their wonderful Audi Brand Specialist, Lizze L. I had initially inquired about purchasing a 2025 Q8, and had several email exchanges with Lizzie about the final sales price. She was so awesome in dealing with all of my demands. Then, out of nowhere, I changed my mind and wanted to lease a 2026 Audi SQ5, and their website didn't show any on the lot. Because of that I sent Lizzie an email that I was headed to another Audi dealership, and before I could visit them, she replied that they had just received 3 2026 SQ5s on their lot. So, we exchanged more emails about the details of me leasing one of these vehicles. After a few more exchanges, I went in to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. Lizzie was great. She met me at the car and took me out for a spin. Very knowledgeable about the car. It then came down to negotiating the price of the car and some other terms. Her sales manager, Kharmin came over and explained the terms of the lease to us really well and we were able to get a further discount due to my service time in the military. Kharmin was really great and got us the best price on the car. Norgan, the F&I guy was also awesome. Even though he had been there only 2 weeks, he was great! Very helpful and very thorough and took time to share personal stories about his car ownership and other relevant experiences. Overall, Audi Beaverton was an AWESOME experience. From all of the email exchanges with a very patient, Lizzie, to finalizing the negotiation details with Kharmin, and finally wrapping up the actual lease of the vehicle with Norgan, everything went perfectly! This is my first luxury sports vehicle and everyone there made me very important and special. I will definitely be back for future purchases and will surely recommend them to friends and family. I would totally give them a FIVE star recommendation! Thank you, Lizzie, Kharmin, and Norgan!!
