- MOMarie OchoaJul 2, 20261.0I understand things happen and technology is not always the best. I am disappointed in the fuel island. There is no organization there is clearly no design set up where you line up and pull forward. They have cars going both ways into a pump and people almost hit each other. I redeem a reward yesterday for .25 cent off a gallon of gas. Im like yay I will fuel up. I go pull into full service and am sitting there waiting for a attendant. I look over and a guy in a pink shirt is just stand there with another employee. I get he is new but they were just bsing not talk work. Ok fine I ask for help he finally comes over. Puts my rewards in well guess what it disnt take the .25cent off. Ok I needed a receipt anyway. Girls at the register said sorry nothing we can do. You should of checked before pumping gas. Are you kidding me. I redeemed it the day before and had him put my reward number in. I asked for a manager and they joked oh we broke our other manager so we dont have one right now. I just left. I get it its not alot of money but it is 2.50 difference

Did absolutely nothing about the issue even though the other vehicle was in a no parking area along with 2 other vehicles
