  Enterprise made it a super easy exchange when I went to drop my car off for body repairs. I waited five minutes after arriving to drop my own car off before I was in the rental car, driving home! When I picked up my car after repairs, I just handed the rental key over to the auto body store and that was that!! Thank you for making it such an easy experience!!

  We were on a cruise ship in Astoria. Enterprise would not let us rent a car for 1 day. I had to rent it for a 3 day minimum. $252 for 1 day is a little steep.

  I was reserving a car online and thought I got an SUV for 38 and change (granted a great price) I must have not have hit a confirmation button, or something. 2 days later(!) when I went to pick it up, the rental agency was only allowing multi-day rental because the cruise ship I was on surged rentals. These cruises are planned months in advance and enterprise brings in many many more vehicles for the cruise ships. So being charged for multiple days when I rented for 5 hours felt like I was being gouged. It was more than double the rate. The online error might have been caused by the ships internet and I did not confirm my reservation, but it still leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

  Why would this location NOT be open on Saturdays??? Would’ve been nice if we could drop our car off early!! But, since you’re not we will be changed for the day even though I don’t need the car longer! Nice trick!

  The car kept having electrical issues. On 4 different occasions the reverse camera would get stuck on and all the other gauges wouldn't work. So I would have to disconnect the negative battery terminal for a few minutes to reset the computer. It was really weird, cause when the reverse camera would get stuck on, it didn't look normal. It was like looking through a door peephole, it looked distorted, like tunnel vision. Every time it happened, I went to start the car normally, by pressing my foot in the break and pushing the power button. When the car would start, the break would release all the way to the floor. The only reason I never reported it was because I was worried that they would take the car and I would be left with nothing, solely due to all the issues that I experienced with Ocean Crest Chevrolet. (Don't ever do business wirh Ocean Crest). Besides this issue, the car was perfect and the rental experience was amazing. The employees were very nice and respectful. I absolutely would recommend Enterprise to other people. The car was a black Chevy Malibu, very beautiful, roomy car. The car was clean. I was very pleased.
