  I needed some tire work done with TMPS and Im a Point S customer in Washington state. This place is incredible and super busy. Austin helped me and his knowledge along with fabulous customer service is top notch. Othe companies could learn a lot with how this Point S location is run. I also noticed other employees and how they acted with customers. Well done to all especially Austin. I will do business with these guys when I'm in the area for my work travels. Thank you, Scott

  We were there on vacation and we have a motorhome We hit something on the road which bent the rim of our RV and there’s not very many places in that area to get tire repair but we did find this place and they did have a steel room which we did buy which was close to $300 and they told us our tire was no good and the rim was no good. We knew the rim was no good but I insisted on bringing it back anyway and we took it to a truck repair shop In our hometown and yes, the room was no good which we already knew that but the tire was totally fine and they told us we needed a new tire which we bought a new tire from them. That was a recap that we did not even make it home before the recap came off. And when we took it in the tire is totally fine. They just wanted to keep it. I take it and resell it. I would not trust this place. I would not recommend this place. and when the recap came off, it did damage to our motorhome which they said it would be totally fine to make it home plus I am so tired of dishonest businesses and we took our rim into a recycling center and got $45 for it after we bought a new one in our hometown, so be aware of this place they sent me an email to reach out to them so they could solve this problem. I left them a message and they have never got back to me bad business.

  Had two bad lawn mower tires. They were very informative Had the tires replaced that day. I picked them up the next day. Good experience.

  July 3rd I was in dire need of new tires. Being the holiday weekend and hundreds of miles from home I was recommended by this place from another tire shop that also happened to be open, but they didn't have my size. I called Del's and not only were they open all day they had a full set of tires the size I needed. Very friendly, very helpful, very thankful! Even without an appointment they got me in and out the door in about 2 hours. They saved my day and the rest of my holiday weekend. For it being the day before the holiday the staff I interacted with were all pleasant and friendly, not one complaint that they were working when most places were closed for a long weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you.

  These guys saved the wrench that ruined my plans on a Friday! Mustang special order rear tire and by Monday noon it was ready. Less expensive, faster & friendlier. Top notch service in my experience.
