  Minor service failure, followed by (unexpected) excellent service failure recovery. Brought my Outback in for routine oil change; got a phone call telling me that another vehicle erroneously got put ahead of me in line, so my car would be delayed a half hour or so. Not a big deal, I thought. Well, when I went to pick up our car I was told, owing to the delay, that there would be no charge for the service. Wow! Now, I don’t suggest you should expect free service with any delay, but I do think that Albany Subaru is very good at keeping their customers happy.

  Went to the Albany Subaru dealership and found the Hybrid 2026 Forester I had been tracking on their website. I already knew the guaranteed trade in price for our 2020 Forester. Happy with how the transaction went with Allison and John to complete the purchase. Good experience with Victor for the Encor service visit at our home later to go over features despite many being similar to our prior Forester.

  Careful with Subaru inspection at drop off, they claimed brand new tires and wheels were severely damaged, with uneven wear. Fact, the tires were rotated just a hour before taking the car to Subaru and the tires and wheels are 6 months old.

  They smile in your face while not listening to you. They are not good people at Albany Subaru. I would go there. You are better off doing the service your self. When I went in they checked out my Subaru. They told me they checked all my fluids and everything was folded up. When I check it out my coolant was pretty much Dry so I bought it myself and filled it up. They don't have any respect or honor. I'm a Retired I.F.C Cage Fighter with a record of 1-2 I cross trained boxing kick boxing and wrestling for 3 years I fought out of the Dragons Larer Fight Club out of Modesto Ca GOD GAVE ME A GIFT.

  We were treated to VIP customer service at suburu of Albany. Our kids had activities/games provided and loved it. Allison worked with our concerns and even took the added time drive our new car to our house. We could not be more grateful for all she did. I highly recommend anyone to visit and see what this dealership has to offer.
