  My wife and I went in the other day long story short she got rear-ended like a month ago battling the insurance trying to deal with all of that and we only have the rental for a short period of time so we need a Vehicle luckily I knew one of the dealers there. He’s a regular customer at my store and he told me that they could help us out. they were super professional, super nice very very helpful. My wife and I didn’t have any money if he’s still figure it out a way to help us. To have the vehicle they crunch some numbers, went back-and-forth with the loan place and were able to work with us with no money down that day, but have a promise to pay on another day but we’re eight but we were able to drive the vehicle that day and go home with it. I cannot emphasize and appreciate these guys at Subaru. They were absolutely 100% helpful professional, and been over backwards for us to get that vehicle. I will always recommend Subaru of Albany to any family friends or people that are just looking and struggling to get a vehicle. They will do everything in their power to help anybody Who needs help getting a vehicle? I am 100% appreciative of the whole team there you guys were awesome and I appreciate everything you guys did for us.

  Subaru Albany goes above and beyond for their customers. Brenden, Casey ,Joseph and the rest of the guys pulled off a miracle getting us into our New to us Vehicle. They’re all very Professional,Knowledgeable,Trustworthy. Not only did they get us into a vehicle they also made sure everything was just right for my family and our needs. Subaru Albany I cannot Thank you all enough for all you have done. Highly recommend.

  We recently purchased a 2026 Subaru Solterra from Subaru of Albany. Everything went so well. From the initial email inquiry, I got a great price quote with financing terms to working with Allison directly at the dealership. She was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process seamless with no pressure sales tactics. Very straightforward and even makes me want to go back for my future new car.   There was a pricing mix up between a listing on Facebook Marketplace and what was available in-store. I initially came in for a 2024 white Subaru Forester listed at $25k, but it turned out that price actually applied to a 2020 model. The situation was handled really well and I was given the option of a great deal on either vehicle. I ended up choosing the 2020 Subaru Forester and felt good about the outcome. They also made things right by including three free oil changes, which I appreciated. Brenden was especially helpful throughout the process! He made everything smooth and helped me secure a very competitive interest rate. Overall, I’d highly recommend Subaru of Albany. They clearly care about their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you have a positive experience.

  Update: my car is being serviced on Wednesday at no cost to me, by Subaru of Albany. They were very accommodating and professional at fixing any issues. Not even 2 days off the lot and network issues. They did NOT EVEN OFFER TO FIX THIS ISSUE. It was advertised the vehicle had a moon roof…it did not. The advertised miles were 800 less than actual miles. Only 1 key, I purchased a second key fob from Amazon for $40.
