  The team at Hyundai Albany was very responsive and efficient. I got a great lease deal on my car, they answered all my questions, were transparent, honest and fair. I would definitely work with them again in the future.

  I literally called them and told them what I wanted. They beat my price and got me the vehicle I wanted. I showed up first thing the next morning and was in and out in two hours. They even switched my vehicle to a more valuable one because the one they quoted me on had some paint issues but gave me the same deal. Couldn’t be happier.

  Our vehicle had a warranty issue and was under repair for over a week. The dealership gave my husband a ride to corvallis on the day it was dropped off and I had a loaner for the rest of the time. Friendly staff that kept me informed

  I new that our 2012 Hyundai Genesis timing chains and tensioners needed replaced, I had done my research and they quoted me a reasonable price for a complex job. Unlike other in town shop which was over double price. We thought we'll check around town first, because the dealership is always outrageous. We were wrong, the job was just what I new it was and it was fixed within my budget. Now that being said, it was somewhere around 1,500 more than original quote, but that's ok because we new exactly what it would take and it was way less than the quote from a local shop, that we won't mention the name. So in the end it cost 5.000 to get the job done plus extra stuff they did that they didn't have to do. Car was detailed clean, super cool! Seems like a lot but the car only has 100, 000 miles. Now it has at least that much more for a luxury car. Very happy 😊 Oh yeah, be aware. The local shop in Albany wanted over 10,000 to do the same job. Sometimes you just have to do your homework.

  Hunter, part of the amazing sales team at this Albany location, immediately earned my trust and we very-much look forward to a long-term car relationship. We knew we had found our Hyundai advocate as soon as we chatted with him. What a stark contrast to the "Salem" Hyundai experience. Worth the extra drive by a longshot.
