  Had a great experience buying from Hyundai of Albany. Hunter was great to work with and made everything easy and low pressure. They went above and beyond to get the exact vehicle I wanted and quickly even though it was a holiday weekend.

  I was expecting the process of test driving and negotiating to be a 4+ hour ordeal. Not the case. I got in and out of there in under 3 hours. Dan was very polite and friendly. Very happy with my car.

  Went in for oil change. Pretrip. They told me that air filter needed changed. They did not show me filter. I declined the upsale. Left. Packed my car for trip. Started car and turned on the air conditioner. Now sounded like a leaf blower. Had to take the glove box out to get to the air filter department. Air filter has remnants of animal nest. Had to spend 30 minutes cleaning out the leaves, and snail shells so get everything to stop getting stuck in the fan. Had it been verbalized or shown the severity I would have purchased a new filter. Also Perhaps if the compartment was filled with objects that it shouldn't be, due diligence could be done....

  Had a recall due, so scheduled an online appointment; which the system was easy to navigate and user-friendly. Arrived to my appointment and was greeted by Savannah who has exceptional customer service. Left vehicle for the recall to be complete and received a phone call from Savannah that it wasn’t going to be complete today due to an unfortunate reason and I could pick my car up or leave it. I elected to leave it, and around 10 a.m. I received a call that my vehicle was ready and upon pick-up, it was cleaned as well. By far the best dealership experience I have ever had and now I will be a future customer.
