  My car was serviced really well. They washed my car and when I came in for my oil change, I told them to excuse my car was dirty inside as well and that I was planning on vacuuming it the next day. It was on my to do list. On my way home after they were done, I noticed that it had been vacuumed on the inside. I thought that was above and beyond and I was very grateful. I will always use them for anything to do with my car.

  It was an absolute joy to work with the wonderful staff at Hyundai of Albany. We were treated with kindness and respect during the entire purchase process. We took several days to decide, and at no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Both my wife and I highly recommend this dealership and the kind, professional staff who work there.

  I would recommend 100% and would recommend Hunter to any of my family and friends and even strangers. As a whole Albany Hyundai was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a car dealership this was my second car I have purchased from them and if I need another one I’m going beck to them

  I am leasing a 2024 Hyundai Tuscan hybrid blue from this dealership. It has broken down and required a tow to the dealership 3 times within the past month. The first time I was told that “nothing was actually wrong, and that new cars are finicky,” despite the fact that I was very much broken down in a parking lot. The second time it broke down it took 3-4 days for them to look at it and at least that many days to call me back to say that they called the engineers and were instructed to replace the coils because they still couldn’t diagnose the problem. I’ve had my car back for 4 days and it’s already broken down again with the same issue. The past 2 times that this happened it has smelled like gas when I tried to restart it. This car is unreliable and I do not feel safe in it. It would be unwise to put my kids in it for a long distance trip that I have planned later this month. I feel like I am getting the runaround from this dealership. At this point I’m not really sure what I’m paying for. I might have to get my attorney involved. I recommend avoiding this model and buying elsewhere.

  Was looking on a Sunday 1 hour before they were to close. I was looking at multiple cars and decided on one; was paying cash, told them I would come back in Monday since I needed to go to the credit union to get the funds. Manager told me they would just do the deal if I wanted the vehicle so I would not lose out on it, showed I had the funds and stayed open so that all the paperwork was done. My salesman Ric waited for everything to be completed and I drove off the lot.They made the process simple and easy there aren’t to many Dealers out there that put there trust in people but Albany Hyundai did….i would buy from them again new or used in the the future best experience with a dealer in 30 years…thanks
