I don't think I could have had an easier experience renting a vehicle and the gentlemen were all very kind. Car was clean and free of smells.

The Albany, Oregon location has employees that are absolutely some of the greatest purveyors of customer service i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Just nice and attentive people.

Rented a fullsize pickup from the Albany, Oregon location. Vehicle wasn't quite ready as they had just received it the night before. The team kept me informed on status and within 10 additional minutes I had the keys and was rolling. They do great work with the small location and it is tremendously convenient. Nice job Albany team, I am always pleased with your service and vehicles.

When I went it was busy, but they worked efficiently to keep us all from waiting long. I believe his name was Ian, he helped me when I picked up my car and dropped it back off. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. But everyone there was very helpful and professional.
