  Great experience with Enterprise! Ivan was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really appreciated his hospitality and excellent customer service. Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. ❤️

  Albany OR staff were all extremely friendly and very efficient. They recommended services but did not push. When I mentioned in conversation that I was catching the Amtrak, they offered rides to and from the station. Car was clean and well-maintained. Overall great service and great experience.

  We had the best experience with this rental car place, and I wanted to say, you guys are all awesome, and I can't remember all the names, but everyone is great, and made the experience awesome!

  We called ahead to get a minivan. Get there and they said they didn't have one. Ended up charging us more for a suburban. The next morning I called to try and rent a minivan and they said they had one. Was a little bit upset. They said they would call my wife and try to refund. And we never got a call. After we dropped the suburban off. They ended up charging us the correct amount. For the smaller car. Thank you Enterprise for doing the right thing.

  Ian Lubonovich (I'm sure I spelled the name wrong and I'm sorry for that ) rented a vehicle to us and was very helpful. We originally rented a midsize vehicle but I was curious about the minivan so I just asked about it and he ultimately was able to upgrade us to a bigger vehicle and it worked out great. I would recommend this Enterprise cuz every time I've gone there it's been a great experience and I must have used them at least 20 times. Thank you for the great service!!! We will be back.
