AutoZone came to my rescue! I had car trouble and was stuck in a parking lot on an exit off I-5 and needed a part. I called the Albany store on 9th Ave to see if they had the part I needed and how long the store was open that evening. They had it in stock, so I said I'd be there in about 45 minutes, as I was on foot. The gentleman on the phone at AutoZone expressed concern that I'd be a woman walking alone in 90+ degree heat. He said that if I paid for the part over the phone with my credit card, he'd be happy to run it over to me. 12 minutes later, he arrived and he even made sure that the part was going to fit my car and that my car was running before he returned to the store. I wanted to give him a $20 dollar bill as a thank you, but he wouldn't take any money from me. What a knight in shining armor! I'm forever a fan of AutoZone now!

Hallie was very rude, I was waiting in line for 5 minutes and I was ignored and when being helped I had got the impression she was annoyed. The service it’s self was poor.

DeShawn Reyes was so helpful! He helped us so much! My sister and I broke down and were headed to Enumclaw,WA. He helped us get the parts to fix the car and was extremely helpful in an very stressful situation. He definitely went above and beyond to help us and we are so very grateful for his help! Thank you DeShawn, we made it home!

My sister’s car broke down 5/31/2026. Everyone tried super hard to go out of their way for her. She couldn’t believe the level of customer service received! Although there was a few mix ups in communication, my family is so grateful for the level of support we’ve gotten from this store in Albany Or. Thank you guys so very much!!!
