  Putting 3k miles on stickers for cars with synthetic oil which clearly says 5k miles. That is why you pay for the higher priced oil do you extend the change time. When brought to techs attention he said Dustin the manager in Yukon told them to do this and would not care if I called to complain. My car said 60% oil life when I took it in. Please stop scamming customers. Do right by your customers. After about 7 years of letting them service my cars I will not be going back. Do better. I am adding my initial review; I have been going to valvoline in Yukon fur years now. Never had an issue. The last time my oil was changed previous to July 6th 2026 sticker reminder has been for 5k miles later. It’s synthetic oil. But the last sticker only extended for 3k miles. I let the tech know. My car also said I was at 60% gas life. Clearly I was not due for an oil change. Go tech said he would take care of me . Keep in mind the sticker was incorrect. I let him know. He could have printed a new sticker extending my next change. But no. Instead he decided that was not his problem. He said Dustin the manager did it or told the techs to mark the stickers for 3k miles. After what was becoming a heated exchange another employee stoped the interaction and rectified the issue. It felt like valvoline was misleading customers and costing more out of pocket too soon. The tech with the dreadlocks was solid and chose to right the wrong done to the customer. They will not be going back to valvoline ever again me not my family after faithfully doing business for over 6 years. And 3 cars. If the oil lady 5k miles then put that on the sticker unless otherwise specified by the customer. What prompted you to change my regular scheduled 5k miles after all these years. Inflation is real. Do better. Dustin your tech throw you under the bus and told me call him. He will not care. He tells us to do that!

  It was a very busy day and the guys were all very patient, polite, and professional! They still managed to take care of my vehicle quickly and efficiently on a very busy and extremely hot day!

  Artemis, the team did a great job taking care of my Nissan rogue changing the transmission fluid and giving an oil change. They handled everything with courtesy, respect and education and I’m very thankful for the time they took to work on my car today I was able to be in and out in about 30 minutes to get the oil change and the transmission fluid change and was able to sit in my car.

  I usually go to Take 5, but it was a 2 hour wait today. Friend suggested Valvoline. Never been before. Glad it was suggested because I was in and out very quickly. Artavis & Caleb, were friendly and efficient. Kale, doing the work down under, was fast and efficient. The two gentleman who I spoke with when I first pulled up were friendly, as well. I'll be back for sure. Thanks guys! Appreciate ya'll. :)
