  Brayden and Quinten need a raise!!! Very respectful and down to earth. They are definitely the kind of young men the company needs. Made the process easy to pick up and drop off. They are definitely invited to the next cookout.

  Very unprofessional group at this location. The customer service is so poor I think one star is generous. They lack inventory, it is a smaller location. If it is a straightforward rental, you may not have any issue. But, if you are utilizing insurance or have a more "complex" need such as an issue with the vehicle or options at their location, they are not able to be respectful and professional nor able to troubleshoot. They do not take the time to work through it with you. They do not disclose fees or charges. They do everything they can to get you in and out of the doors. They verbalize it will be one amount but then charge hundreds more and blame everyone except themselves for lack of transparency and honesty. If you request to talk to someone, or have someone else look at your case, they will refuse. And, if you file a complaint, they will tell you they will not help you, you are a liar, and you cannot come back. No customer service. No taking the time to listen. We went to another location off of Rockwell and had no issues, superb service and were charged over $400 less than what the Yukon location charged. Accountability, responsibility and respect is everything in these kinds of businesses and the current employees at Yukon do not honor or display these characteristics. The customer is wrong, they know everything - do not go here if you want to be treated like a person and not talked down to or disrespected when you disagree with them.
