You guys gave us a car that had a overwhelming smell of rotten fish and mildew. We had to drive with all windows rolled down. On top of that all four tires was low and I had to put air in all four tires. There was finger and toe nail clippings in the seat. When I called to tell them the same hour we got the vehicle. They told us that was the only car they had but we could drive to OKC to go trade it out at a different location. This is not the 1st time that we have had a issue at the Yukon loction with our rentals. The last time we rented there was a bloody tissue in the in the back seat with a toy and some old trash under the seat. I mentioned it when we dropped the vehicle back off and didn't make a deal of it. After the most recent time we will not be renting from Enterprise any longer.

I had a really great experience with Enterprise, and I especially want to recognize Wade at the Midwest City location. He was extremely friendly, professional, and genuinely made the whole experience better. He has such a great personality and was so easy to talk to that I honestly left with a smile on my face. 😊 Wade went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and that kind of customer service definitely stands out. It’s not every day you come across someone who is both great at his job and that pleasant to deal with. 😉 Enterprise definitely has an asset with Wade! I’ll absolutely be back the next time I need a rental.

I rented a car recently through Enterprise due to my car having to be in the shop for repairs. I was very pleased with the customer service that I received at this location. Getting everything set up was relatively simple. The service was prompt and my rental was dependable and allowed me to stay on the road until my own car repairs were completed. Check back in was also easy and hassle free! Many thanks to Brayden and crew at this location!
